The elevators that serviced our side of the hotel brokedown on two consecutive days. Given we were on the 10th floor, it made for hard going back up to the room. The hotel did get this going quickly on both occassions but with only two lifts, and one permanently not working when the only other elevator failed you felt the pain.

The hotel is a beautiful example of art deco architecture in a wonderful location, just minutes to Southbeach, shops, and restaurants.

The lack of sockets in the room, specially USB charging, which is a challenge for European visitors. Even though we asked for a crib (for our 7 months old baby) no crib was provided because none was available.

Top location, 5 minutes walking from the beach (where you have 2 sunbeds reserved for each room), Española way, and also very close to Ocean Drive. The staff was really nice, the breakfast was decent and the ammenities (pool) was also nice. The room was good, met our expectations.

A little expensive but to be expected with south beach. Stayed for one night and paid 300 dollars security deposit that you don’t get back for around 10 days which is a little high.

I think creating a desperate entrance might make entering the hotel a bit more clear. Now you enter via the terrace where people have breakfast, lunch or diner.

Noise was an issue between the hallway and my room. The property had no markings of Iberostar which was confusing. The price is wild for what you get but that’s Miami Beach.

Excellent location. Despite not being on the beach still has a beach club and everything else you could want. Spacious room for the buildings age. Really kind and helpful staff.

Hotel was expensive very like others in Miami. We paid for a King Room with a balcony and side sea view. Sea view was tiny looking between two hotels. Balcony was also very small.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean throughout. Well appointed room. Restaurant and bar on site is apparently not owned by hotel but it was very good. Really good menu and reasonable price. Pool area although small was very nice although limited sun during the day.

We could hear movement in the hallway as the the door was not flush to the door jamb and we would hear the guests in the room above us walking.

The check in time is 4 o’clock and till we got checked in was probably closer to 5 I would say that’s the only thing that I would have a complaint about other than that everything was great.

Second time we stayed at the Berkeley shore hotel very nice hotel clean beautifully located. It’s not a fancy hotel but certainly would recommend it 100% for people that want to be in a great location in a really cute boutique hotel for a great price!

not a pleasant view from my room (313), smaller shower attatchment didn't work, breakfast options were limited (smaller menu if you pre-booked breakkie) eg you could only have a coffee/ tea Or juice, not allowed both

location was great, very central to Miami Beach main locations eg. beach, Ocean Drive, Art Deco district plus lots of good shops and shopping opportunities around Lincoln street area. Comfortable large bed, good toiletries provided, good ac etc. Friendly reception staff- especially Nicole... so friendly and smiley and helpful. breakfast staff team were also friendly.
