With little kids the doors aren’t safe there were only one lock deal at the top of the doors to enter and exit with your card no deadbolts or anything. Definitely need something on the doors to where little kids can’t just open them up as close to the floor as the door handles are.

The location to everything was perfect. Didn’t have to drive far to get to food places or just explore the area with other options of things to do

Wasn't as clean as I have experienced at other units I have rented. Just a few things: -patio grill was nice but had food on it and there wasn't anything to clean it with -kitchen trashcan was dirty and sticky -blinds in bedroom were broken and allowed light in at night as well as reduced privacy. I rigged it to work but it should be fixed or replaced.

The facility felt very safe which is important to me. Not too much noise from adjoining units. Good location-close to Branson and all the things we wanted to do. Unit had all the basics.

The carpet was old and dirty and the sewage that was on the property smelled really bad. Hard to sit outside!

Need some cabinet space for food. All cabinets were full of items. Maybe condense some of the items and open cabinetry for food storage. Also BBQ grills could use updating.

We loved the 2 pools, the access to the lake and the kayaks/swimming docks. The closeness to SDC was a plus, too.

Parking was a little hectic by the weekend as more guests arrived and each unit had multiple vehicles. Not a huge deal, just a little crowded.

Location was close enough to downtown Branson the drive was short, but we were out of the busy part. We were there for a softball tournament, so the amenities of the condo were very useful and the condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had one hiccup with our key fob not working, but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to resolve the issue within 15 minutes.

We were expecting a little bit better view of the lake from our balcony. Lots of treetops were blocking the view. We also didn't realize it was kind of a ground floor level. Given it was a last minute booked trip, these were most likely renter errors on our end.

We loved the room. The room was spacious, but inviting. The bed was heaven! The shower was to die for, water pressure was impressive! The entire room was clean, the facility was quiet, and the staff made sure to assist us with after hours check-in in the simplest way. We would definitely revisit!

Everything was great except the place could have been cleaner. The bed sheets still smelled of someone else's perfume. The throw blankets had something that seemed like jelly or some kind of food. The blankets in the top of the closet were also nasty and uncleaned. There was sausage on the floor from someone else's food and someone's socks left on the nightstand. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The place was beautiful and a very nice place to relax by the lake. The location was great. We were very pleased with the looks and comfort of the place. However we did have one complaint.

It said it had 3 pools on site and multiple hot tubs. There was only one of both. The hot tub was thrown up in multiple times and I let the maintenance staff know, and all he said was "I noticed that, I should get the pool cleaner here to take care of it" while people were getting in it and not doing anything about it. It smelled horrible and was brown. Another guest got the hose and sprayed the puke from around it. I am not sure how people got in it. So gross.

Our condo was fabulous, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
