The breakfast menu wasn't interesting and the food itself was fresh but nothing special. I think there is room to improve.

The hotel had a modern feel to it and I really liked the cozy rooms, comfortable bed and wooden floor. The interior design was wonderful throughout the entire hotel.

Overall the room was clean but the carpet and baseboards in the room required cleaning (quite dirty) and the wooden floor in our room was squeaky. Also, there is no parking adjacent to the hotel so it takes about 5 minutes to walk from a nearby parking garage. Also, there was no mini fridge in our room.

Initially given keys to a room that was clearly occupied as beds unmade and dirty cocktail glass on side luckily there was no one in there when we walked in. Charged me for room that I’d already paid for on booking.com and didn’t refund money for 5 days which was a considerable amount.

Lovely lobby area and good breakfast. Housekeeping very efficient.

The valet parking was an issue. There wasn't enough space for us to even leave our car so we had to park it around the corner and give the valet the key with hopes he would move it. The next morning the valet walked around the neighborhood clicking our car key trying to find where they put our car so they clearly didn't put it in the lot around the corner where we had expected it to go.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was in a nice part of the city with shops and restaurants nearby.

I would've liked to know ahead of time that the rooms don't have a fridge, microwave, etc. We also had to ask for more than one towel and there is only bar soap. These aren't dealbreakers for me but I would have planned accordingly if I'd known. I was also disappointed that they don't ever seem to offer late check-outs so we had to haul our things to our car (parked nearby in a separate garage for $14/day) the morning of our last day.

The hotel was very clean with lovely mid-mod decor in a great location. The waitstaff was friendly and the apps we had at the on-site restaurant were delicious. I'm a fairly light sleeper and can be picky about mattresses and pillows but I found theirs to be extremely comfortable and I slept very well both nights. There are tons of great restaurants and bars nearby and we were able to walk to most of our destinations.

Difficult to find fault with this hotel.

A stylish, modern hotel. Centrally located in Winston Salem. Helpful staff. Housekeeping team particularly cheerful and generous with fresh towels etc. Good value for money. Having stayed in a few hotels in WS this is certainly top of the list and I would definitely recommend.

We were a bit disappointed in the shower. The plumbing was run wrong so there was no water pressure. We have experience doing plumbing and it seems the cold and hot were ran wrong to the valve. This caused a loud knocking sound when going from hot to cold. There was also no pressure, barely enough to go through the shower head. The shower was also very dingy feeling because of the mold on the grout. Which is a standard problem, but just felt kind of gross. We also did not have towels at first, but the front counter gave us some quickly so no harm there! I would also love to have had a refrigerator and a mirror by the desk to do makeup.

I loved the location and staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This is a boutique hotel so it has a great feel and very fun quirks. It had a great amount of space for a couple in our king bedroom. I loved how wide the vanity was in the bathroom.
