Rooms were super cute and clean. The Dutch-themed decor was both modern and traditional at the same time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Subway station adjacent to the hotel entry. Very quiet room and beds were perfectly firm. We will be back!!! Had a nice view of the historically significant Trinity Church. 9-11 Memorial only a few easy blocks away.

One morning, people appeared to be holding a meeting at the long table in the reception/check-in area. Which seemed odd & they took over most of the seating at that time. I would try to discourage this if at all possible.

Unique, boutique-like feel. Safe, secure, accommodating, with a super friendly & helpful staff. Very good restaurant located right in the hotel. Good for a meal or just a place to relax with a drink at the end of a sightseeing day. Room was surprisingly large for NYC & had a comfortable bed with a beautifully decorated bathroom. Although there was some street construction going on (typical for NYC) we never heard a sound once we were in our room. You can’t go wrong in choosing the Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District NYC!

There was nothing that I didn't like. The cost to Uber from LaGuardia but that is not the hotel's issue. Enjoyed it.

Excellent location: Downtown Manhattan. It has excellent connectivity to both Uptown Manhattan, Brooklyn and JFK airport using the Metro. Helpful and courteous staff: The staff was really helpful . They agreed to keep our bags as the room was not ready. We visited Liberty island and Ellis Island in the meantime. They also agreed to waive off the charge for holding our bags after check out. Cleanliness: the room and sheets were tidy and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Economical: This hotel is really within the budget at such an excellent location and with such facilities. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for stay at an economical price and excellent connectivity.

The overnight desk agent never called to tell me my food had been delivered. It sat so long downstairs that it became cold and inedible.

Pricey but this is NY. Difficult to get Uber to airport/train stations due to nearby construction.

Everything!! The location was great, not a lot of traffic, so not a lot of noise!! Hotel was clean, rooms clean, beds comfortable!! All staff were so nice and helpful!! Restaurant was great too!!

Can't think of any worth mentioning.

The staff is over-the-top welcoming and kind. They greet you with a smile every time you enter and wish you well every time you leave. While the location may seem a bit removed from all the action (unless you're a business traveler), you are literally steps away from two major subway arteries and within a few blocks of most of the others. I've stayed there twice now, and it will be my go-to from now on.

Would prefer water fountains / drinking machines on each floor, had to go to down a floor each time, but took much of a big deal. Breakfast was great, kids loved the pancakes and waffles but was expensive and would have preferred a breakfast buffet option.

Modern vibes, view, cleanliness, staff, Location, and just everything!!!

Everything, the location is perfect, and close to everything in lower Manhattan. You got food every where just pick the place and the people in the hotel are awesome especially Vanesa and Christopher they helped us out with the trains and all that we needed in the hotel they even stored our bags after checking out for a few hours while we we’re getting ready to fly out. We are definitely coming back to this hotel there is not another one for us, it’s super clean very comfortable, comfy and modern we recommend anyone to stay here you won’t regret it.
