Nice hotel. The staff were pleasant and it was clean. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a noise machine. The freeway noise was quite loud on our side of the hotel.

We were extremely surprised by the price increases due to the hotels and area being in the path of totality for the eclipse.

We were in the area for a funeral and this location worked well for us prior to being in Marion, IN. Surprised to get eclipse glasses and a eclipse brochure.

the only thing i wish was the breakfast opened earlier on saturday. it didn't open til 7 am and we were well on our way and spend more money for that for the family.

the place was as clean as a whistle. and the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good. restaurants all close by. very enjoyable stay.

The spa tub didn’t work. I was hoping for it to help relax me. Not enough parking. A baseball team(s) were there and when I checked in, there was plenty of parking. When I returned after midnight, vehicles were parked along the hotel entrance and everywhere they shouldn’t have been. I had to park across the street at another hotel. I’m not going to complain too much because I still had my room, but if I wanted to park at another hotel, I’d have stayed at that hotel.

The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed. The food was real good, no complaints.

You could tell the hotel was older.... our bathroom door didn't shut completely and there were some large cracks on the wall. The first floor hall carpet could use a cleaning, it's a heavy traffic area, so it's understandable

My daughter and I came in last minute under stressful circumstances and Freddy was so incredibly kind. She listened to our story and was very helpful suggesting a place to eat. She also gave us some supplies we needed (we came with nothing). She was really quite wonderful!

The breakfast was ok. The coffee was very tasteless. Had to go out for some after we left. Good coffee is worth the price and it’s really not that much more!

room was under par. took 3 minutes to run the water before it would get hot. counter in the bathroom was poorly repaired as it looked like it was broken in multiple pieces and in-experiencely put back together. very cheap bedsheets and the heater would not stay warm.

close to a lot of stores and restaurants.convenient to the highway. area to exercise the dog.

Nothing too bad. Seemed there was some wall tile renovation going on, on the second floor, but we didn’t hear any commotion. Breakfast was the basic egg/cereal/waffles. AC was a bit loud and windows open without a safety screen on them.

Nice location, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Loved that they always had fresh coffee in the lobby. Staff member Gus was an excellent help to us during our stay.

The coffee pot and the like were on the bathroom counter by the toilet. The complimentary buffet was definitely ✨️free.✨️

BW Fishers is a great location to the Fishers Event Center. The drive to the center is less than 10 minutes from the hotel. There are a few restaurants in walking distance some that offer a discount if shown the key card. The check-in staff were very patient and empathetic to the people who had bad experiences with their 3rd parting booking aps trying to check in.
