In bad disrepair. The door did not feel adequately repair. Also the bathroom appeared to be clean but there was a partially used bar of soap and no roller in the paper roll holder.

Lighting in room, very dingy, floor lamp broken, wall lamp didn’t work, tv remote batteries held in with electrical tape. We got what we paid for but those items could have been standard.

The floors were dirty, the place had a weird smell.( not pleasant). The toilet was not working properly, my husband took the top off to the tank and there was used needles in the back of it. The towels had other guest hair all over them. The t.v. Was severely outdated and volume was weak and the picture was cloudy. The blanket was more like a tablecloth than a blanket.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was great, around restaurants and entertainment.

The bathroom tub and floor were dirty. The hair dryer had glue or mousse on it. The windows in our room and the main entrance were splattered with some sticky substance. There was no coffee, sugar, or creamer. The toilet did not work properly and had to be adjusted each time it was used.

The beds were clean and we slept very well. We requested more linens and pillows and were brought to us right away. The staff who checked us in and the staff preparing waffles and pancakes were very polite and accomodating.

Common areas were dirty. Surfaces in room were sticky. The blow dryer in our bathroom did not work and the faucet was dripping. Overall the hotel is very dated with broken doors and ripped carpet.

Front desk attendant was lacking friendliness and needs retrained in customer service. Prepaid for our room and even pre-registered to try to make check in smooth. But was greeted, at close to 4pm, with "aww hell we ain't got no rooms ready". Told us we could just keep checking back in til they had one or I could go stay at the other hotel across the street. Which would've been better probably because when we finally got into our room it was filthy. The shower curtain was so dirty it was stiff. The shower clearly was not sprayed and wiped down there was scum hair and water marks all over. The inside of the white toilet hasn't been cleaned in so long that it's yellow. None of the faucets or handles were cleaned either. The silver part of the lamps were gross unclean and covered in finger smears, dust etc. Worst part was that the sheets weren't even clean. Top part of the sheet looked good but pulled down the blanket to see hairs all over the lower half of the fitted sheet. I'm a supervisor of another hotel so I know what to look for and this room was gross. Would've been a nice room and stay if the staff was friendlier and the place was cleaned properly. Also there was a male employee vaping through the lobby full of people that were also backed up waiting for their rooms. There's also a $50 deposit they surprise you with when you get there I wasn't informed about until my arrival. Didn't see it mentioned online either, or it wasn't clear that would actually be charged to you and refunded later. Oh and the TV doesn't come in clear it's all fuzzy.

It was in a decent area, near downtown and surrounded by restaurants and a gas station nearby.

Cleanliness, someone needs to clean the corners of the bathroom, so much pot smoking I couldn't walk down the hall without getting a headache. Breakfast was a joke, I would have had better options at a gas station.

The secondary lock on the door was partly broken off, so couldn't use it. Since we were directly across the hall from the breakfast room, we could hear the waffle maker beeping at the end of each and every cycle. This began at 6:00 am with the start of breakfast. The problem was the close proximity. I forgot to request a "quiet room" which I usually do. The hotel is very well used and tired with a torn curtain in our room. Minor problems but overall leading to the sad state of affairs. Need a thorough dusting and cleaning throughout. I chose this hotel primarily because of location, my bad!

Booked an accessible room which was on the first floor and right beside the lobby and the breakfast area. Staff was pleasant, especially the gentleman who was looking after the breakfast room.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was no cable TV in my room so only got one channel. I would have canceled my stay here if I was able to without having to still pay for the room anyways.

people running up and down hall knocking on my room door, people that was staff had whole families there at night in parking lot gatherings, when I saw only orange, apple, and cereal for breakfast and asked staff if there was all it was, he told me to go to the Marriot. No coffee for the coffee pots and was told that the manager would not buy coffee because he was planning on removing the coffee pots from the rooms.

No coffee, but coffee pot, one staff member told me go to Marriot if I wanted coffee and had nasty attitude when I said you only have an apple, orange and cereal for breakfast. Also kids running in hall, knocking on customer's room doors.
