Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The only light is the one immediately over the sink. With the shower curtin drawn, it is difficult to read the labels on the various dispensers in the shower - shampoo, conditioner, body wash.
Nice place. Quiet and clean and comfortable. They allowed our grandkids to swim in their pool and they allowed us to play games in their breakfast room in the afternoon when I was not in use.

The room's carpet had stains. I hate to wear my shoes inside, but I didn't know what I was stepping in.. The 5 am wake up fire alarm was a little different. There were many workers staying in the motel, we were not happy that 4 of us had to sit at a table for 2, as the workers all sat at individual tables instead of pairing up with their coworkers.
I loved how close it was to shopping, and restaurants, The kids enjoyed swimming and the extra hours it was open

Getting to local amenities was a bit confusing due to road layouts.

TV in breakfast room was not working and was chirping while we were eating breakfast. No warm cookies available either day off our visit.
Room was spacious, bed was comfy, facilities very clean and staff welcoming and friendly. Delicious breakfast with good variety..Price was good!

Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff was great. I do think the management needs to replace the tv in room 105 as every time you turn it on you have to use the side controls to turn it back to hdmi1 to watch tv. And they need to replace the door lock as after you use the key card twice it quits working. The evening staff was great to show us how to fix the tv and let us in our room after the key cards quit working. Breakfast was awesome too. Will definitely stay again next time in Minot.

Not enough blankets on bed, cookies tray always empty, nice gesture but??? Breakfast was good , breakfast lady not very friendly , carpet in room and hallways are old and dated

The staff member upon check in was not helpful or friendly. Was on the phone when we arrived didn’t acknowledge that we were there and when he got off the phone was rude. Didn’t offer directions to our room, we had to ask only answer I got back was up the stairs. The rest of the staff during our stay was very friendly thou.
Bed was comfortable. Rooms are spacious

The room was somewhat dusty and needed a thorough vacuum, as did the stairwells. One queen sized bed appeared to have a king sized bedskirt which draped onto the floor, creating a bit of a tripping hazard and not giving a good impression upon entering the room.
Proximity to shopping and restaurants. Able to get clean towels each day of our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly. There were a variety of breakfast items to choose from. We appreciated that there were great amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fitness room, etc. The price for our stay was very reasonable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If we find ourselves in Minot again, we’ll definitely plan to stay again.

Tiles were loose in the bathroom.
The hotel was easy to find. Several reasteraunts in the area and there were menus available.

The showers, grout was moldy. Shower doors were tricky. They stuck and i had to be careful not to pull aluminum molding off the glass. My Mom and Grandma did not teach them how to make a bed.
