How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pool could of been cleaner, breakfast could have been better,more variety of selections. Elevator was out of service our first day has to take stairs to 3rd floor.
Location was accessible to freeway and surrounding fast-food eatery. Housekeeping was accessible when we needed change of sheets or extra towels we got nice services.

The walls were so thin I could hear the persons alarm in the next room - and they did not turn it off as soon as it went off.

centrally located. Front desk reps were friendly.
Breakfast is not all that great. Same type all 3 days I was there. Variety would help. Sausages were not tasty. Pool was very dirty. Toilet was not cleaned at all. Soap was not available for the last two nights. And when I did ask for some shampoo bottles I was provided were half empty which made me believe they were left over from another guest.

My room was in disrepair. The shower rod was leaning against the wall and curtain laying in the tub. Also there was no vanity counter space , just a sink. I requested a better room and was quickly accommodated. My question is what criteria is used to determine whether the guest is assigned a " poor room " or a better quality room 🤔 ? My brother booked the same hotel ( through different booking source and a different day) . His room was the same as the one we were moved to after the first very disappointing room. I would like to know how this decision process is determined .
Staff was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast to simply and unflavored,mushy eggs,plain coffee in general don’t like us.we requested clean towels and never had any ,house keeper at first answer rude ask in the front desk,we did twice and nothing happened.
Good facilities next to couple of restaurants and close to the shopping area in town.

Since we got there Morie the lady from night shift was just complaining about other customers for me I think that is really unprofessional. I went upstairs to my room keys didn’t work I called front desk if they could come and bring me new keys she said no you have to come downstairs. later I asked her for 2 extra pillows and she said oh no we don’t have extra pillows she didn’t even tried she was sitting down on her phone.

They always serve brown and serve sausages with powdered eggs and they never brown the sausage it's heated in a microwave because they don't have a real kitchen to make the breakfast
. If I could enjoy a full carb breakfast it would be great.

Dirty swimming pool No room service on Sunday our stay was sat and Sun night and since there was no room service on Sundays that means our room never got cleaned. Showers drain was slow

Elevators weren’t working 1st room was dirty and toilet was clogged after switching rooms 2nd room was super hot it took forever to get cool.

The AC didn't keep up with cooling the room to a stead temperature. I feel like they have it set on eco mode or something because the AC keeps kicking on and off. Also, I wish it had a higher fan speed. The bath tub had orange stains around the drain and the shower head definitely needs cleaning. My toilet has very low water flow and sometimes took a while to fill up for a flush.
This place is always a good choice. Not the best, but a solid choice. The location is good. It has fast food restaurants around and corner stores around as well. It has a full breakfast, a pool, and the girl up front is ready to help. The price wasn't too bad either. I would stay again.

Some of the lampshades, cushion covers, molding, and bedding could use updating/replacing. The hot tub was filled in but I'm unsure if it's still listed as a feature for the property. The sound felt like it came through the doors and walls a bit more than I'm used to.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. It's only a 10-15 minute trip to the beach and gets you away from the crowds a bit. Also conveniently near gas stations and burger spots open late.
