In many hotels around California they offered the first bottle of water (per person) as courtesy, they could do the same here.

The hotel is new, location is good, a few minutes by car/ bike to Venice Beach and to restaurants and nice stores. There is parking and the fee charged is reasonable. The room is comfortable.

I didn’t like the automatic charge of 2 nights parking when I actually parked for 1 night only. Please don’t charge 5$ for a small bottle of water that may seem to be complimentary to guests.

You can’t really walk to the beach but taking a Waymo or Uber was fairly inexpensive and easy from the location. I felt like parking was too expensive…should only be like 20.00 a day. There needs to be a bar tender at the pool bar with bottled beverages or something. They could have made money and it would add to the vibe.

The property was well maintained and had a great vibe. The pool is tiny but that didn’t stop people from swimming and having a good time. The ping pong tables and hammocks were a nice touch. The rooms were cute and comfortable. The room was extremely clean as well….easy place to get around in and was safe.

Great location close to the airport and great area as a base in LA. Nice comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, nice design... We truly enjoy staying here twice at the beginning and end of our road trip.

Did not feel like good value: Charging for parking seems to be standard for LA, but it should not be $30 a night (said it would be $25 when booking which is expensive enough) The loan bikes should be free to use, not cost $25 a day. Breakfast should be available and included since there aren't any breakfast resturants nearby. Hotel kept sending me text messages to upsell late check-outs.

The rooms were pretty big and they were clean. The location is alright, around 20-25min walk to the beginning of the Venice boardwalk.

There was confusion about parking price. The hotel site advertises $25/night, paperwork at check in lists $50/night for parking.

the issue of returning the deposit is a joke. the money should be returned to me immediately and it turns out that I will only get it after a month. another issue is the fact that in booking I booked a smoking room and in the hotel it turned out that I had to go outside the hotel. the socket in the bathroom is installed incorrectly. it was not possible to connect the hair dryer there

location perfect, right off kinny abbot and a safe place with a short 15 minute walk to the beach. in the heart of the nicest part of town. I didn't have breakfast. the room is cosy and bed so comfy!!

Although the bathroom was adequate, it was small and the one sink was detached from the actual bathroom.

It was an easy location to get to multiple places. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. We had a few minor issues like a smoke detector chirping. I may literally send someone almost immediately. The pool area had a fire pit that was broken and that was disappointing. But a nice open space to enjoy. I also liked that it was a suite with a living space.

Immediate surroundings OK but not upscale for this area.

Very interesting remodel with Mid-Century Modern theme. Very Well done with interesting details like a fake dial telephone. Our room was large 'suite'. Very clean. Tons of parking underneath in garage. On Washington Blvd which is a busy commercial street which itself is not fancy, but near Abbot Kinney Blvd which has stylish shops and restaurants. Obviously near Marina Del Rey and Venice Beach. Very well priced for this area.
