The bathroom products inside the shower were broken. There’s no access to control the air/heat. For the price you pay there should be some kind of breakfast bar.

When I booked, I received a text asking if I would like to pay extra for early check in, late check out or late late check out. This was very exciting knowing we weren't able to arrive to late evening Saturday night. I paid and chose for extra late check out only to find out on arrival it was not approved. Why would this ever be offered then? I had not even asked for it, it was offered to me. Very disappointing. We couldn't wait to make our way to the indoor outdoor hot tub after we got there about 8pm. Being that we were limited on time, we chose to walk to hot tub and order take out from the bistro. I spoke to the front desk several times trying to get through to the bistro. They would not answer the phone. The desk and pool attendant assured me if I left my name and number, they would call me back. We were also told they had a full menu until 10 pm. We spent 5 minutes in the hot tub and we were made to get out by security. They said it was overcrowded and not safe. Very disappointed again. Since we couldn't order food over the phone, we decided to just go change back into our clothes and head down to the bistro. We got there at 915. Stood at the desk for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. At least 10 people looked right at us and never said a word. Finally to be seated about 935 and told they no longer were serving the menu just late night snack foods. Luckily we were able to find a nice bar/restaurant down the street we will stick to from now on.

We love the warm welcoming feel of the hotel, the beds are very comfortable. The loft room is fun for the family

When we arrived we did not receive the room we reserved through booking dot com. We were told that booking was not allowed to reserve suites. Also we currently have a pending charge on our credit card of $331.36!

We had some very noisy neighbors the second night (overall I think the walls are pretty thin but these people were running and screaming in the halls at 430am) and the first night the fire alarm briefly went off which made it hard to go back to sleep but glad it wasn't anything serious. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close as it would catch on the floor. Otherwise everything was great!

We always love the cozy atmosphere there and our son loves the pool and play area.

Hotel was clean. This was my second time here, last trip was in 2020. Now they are a cashless resort! I wont be returning for that reason.

Rooms seemed outdated, bathroom was very small. Did not like that the outside door entering hallways was not locked at all times! No key card needed to enter, big security issue for us. TV down stairs didn't work.

It was a bit odd and sad that there were not much people and almost no othere guests here. I traveld in the off season tough. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Very big Resort. Everything was open and well maintaind. Staff was super friendly and did an excellent job. Very remote but beautifull and quiet place. Very enjoye my stay here and can highly recommend it.

The fact our room was unable to get any darker due to the shades in place was a terrible, bright, aggressive way to wake in the morning. Also there was no way to control the temperature in the room except a fan that wasn’t on tight enough and would make a loud awful noise every turn. We also missed out on a massage due to the lack of personnel which in all reality is why we originally chose this place for our romantic getaway… though we made the best fun from the other accommodations!

Love the location, the decor, the pool/hot tub, the mini golf, the style of the room and the comfort of the bed.

You can hear noise from the room above when people walk heavy footed. The room had ear plugs available for use. I used them and slept well.

Lunch time dining during the week was almost nonexistent. But that did allow us to travel to nearby by Clymer to experience the Dutch Village and Pine Junction restaurants that were great for different reasons.

The property itself is a little dated but the value is exceptional. The friendliness of the staff and the amenities were perfect. I would highly recommend this for families or for a romantic getaway.
