The lighting in the shower could be a bit brighter we had to use the flashlight in order to see inside the shower.

The location could not have been better. The room was spacious and authentic New Mexican style. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean with plenty of storage. We also appreciated the fridge in the room, and the terry cloth robes in the closet.

As it turned out, the shower has “Mexican plumbing”. That is, the hot and cold are reversed. Therefore, my wife spent 10 unpleasant minutes wasting water while waiting for the water to warm up (which it never did) and had to take a cold shower. There was no warning or advice of this adverse condition. Also, there was no soap dish or anyplace in the shower to access soap, shampoo, or conditioner.

Nice premises and furnishings, with dimmable lighting and touch control lamps next to the bed. The breakfast was better than the usual “make your own waffle” motel. Good fresh fruit and decent coffee. Not well attended by staff, however.

The room had some areas that needed some attention, which we mentioned when we checked out. Plus the main dining room was under renovation, but the staff made the best of the room that was available.

The location of this property is convenient to downtown Santa Fe and has free parking. Each suite/room is unique and the ambiance is very quaint. Our room even had an outdoor patio. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is good and plentiful.

AC unit was broken and fan was squeaky.

Beds were comfy, room decor was charming, easy parking and staff was lovely. We hit terrible traffic (twice!) and didn’t get in til late, but they called to make sure we would be there before the check-in desk closed, and when it became clear we weren’t going to make it in time, they arranged a late-night check-in for us and had space to allow us to do late check-out the next day which was hugely appreciated. Alvin also rocks!!! In the middle of the night he answered our call to help us figure out how to open the windows (which had been accidentally painted shut) and was totally sweet and kind about it.

The ambiance of the breakfast was marginal. I liked the original art in the room but the large room felt more like a banquet hall than a boutique hotel.

Booking does not show you that you need to pay an extra $30 per night as the resort fee for the hotel stay. Be aware of this before you book your stay! I also found the ceiling basically cannot prevent noise - I can hear every footstep of my upstairs neighbors. Their lobby is closed after 8pm so if you want to get some water or coffee not gonna happen. Like other comments say, the rooms are a bit out in the building and it does not feel like enough privacy.

Staff is nice though. Rooms are big.

My room was on the street and I had a person upstairs that liked to stomp around at 4 o’clock in the morning. It was a little noisy but bearable.

The rooms are old, but unique. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see. The included breakfast was incredibly good. although the rooms were very old they were very clean. The added touch of a bathrobe and slippers was a plus. they also included coffee and water bottles in the room. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

We loved our Tesuco room. It was gorgeous, and the location was amazing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable too!

The restaurant was highly rated but closed before our stay and was only used for the continental breakfast.

Rooms are exactly as pictured, super clean and comfortable. Location is within walking distance of some main sights in Santa Fe. Excellent continental breakfast of omelets, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt parfait, and more.

This is the cutest property, and a great place to stay. The room was large and has a private outdoor patio, plus an indoor space. The fireplace works! Room was very quiet and restful. Only negative was the lack of hot water in the shower- and it wasn’t fixed despite being reported within an hour or so of checking in.
