One of the male staff members walked into my room without knocking and I was undressed, my room wasn't cleaned even after I asked they only gave me clean towels and it's under construction so they had lots of wood and trash on the hallway

Under renovation,late night working in hallways. Bread on breakfast bar molding, no waffle mix , old cereal,I personally had to fix coffee dispenser, no juice shabby offerings. Staff was aloof about it all, very dusty, oh and no ice buckets, no coffee pots it'in rooms. Rate 4 out of 10...

At first they sent me to a room that someone was in, sleeping. Had to go to office more than once for towels. Many of the towels need replaced. Coffee machine had no coffee when I tried 3 different times. The waffle maker was in the breakfast area but no batter to make waffles with. One mat placed in my room was very bad!

The price. I believe it's new management or owners. They appear to be remodeling the facility.

Hair in the tub, tub didn't drain when I showered, mirrors were smeared... Where was the breakfast option? I guess it was my choice of McDonald's or Wendy's down the street.

There were clothes from prior guests left in the bathroom. The shower head was rusted and sprayed out of the shower and all over the floor even with the shower curtain set correctly.

It was cheap. The staff was friendly.

Noise from other room doors being slammed kept me from going to sleep early. Vending machine was not plugged in and unable to use.

Stayed there 2 weeks, 2nd week was much more comfortable. First hotel room was kind of rough. Outlet didn't work by the sink. Patches of paint on walls, and bedding had cigarette holes in them. 2nd week's room was a king suite, and was much nicer. Even had a couch/pull out sleeper in it. Both rooms beds were comfortable and housekeeping kept rooms tidy and in clean towels.

I found two cockroaches in that hotel so we ended up leaving asap and the guy said he will refund our money.

Only didn't like the man didn't speak very English. Their were no cups in the room. You got lots of cockroaches in the room. They were not in the bed but on the night desk. The small refrigerator was kinda noisy.

Nice place and quiet. The bed was ok. Good location. Internet was excellent. Love the t.v. The shower was ok.

Breakfast was non-existent! I asked at the front desk, so a lady came and plopped a loaf of bread on the counter for toast. There was a new waffle maker there, but I was told it’s not in use till March. The whole place is under renovations with equipment and supplies standing around in the hallways. No ice bucket and no hair dryer in the room. This was a HUGE disappointment! The next night I stayed in a beautiful Hilton with pool and full breakfast and it was less expensive than this Econo Inn.
