The carpet and bathroom floor was dirty. We found a crushed water bottle beside one of the beds and some kind of yard ball on the other side. I found hair behind the door. For the price we paid we were very disappointed for a Hilton property

The bed was not comfortable at all! We have stayed at this location in the past though and had a comfortable bed. They just need to upgrade that bed, it was awful.

I liked that the room and bathroom were large and clean.

Price was higher (like $150), because I booked with Booking.com. Also breakfast was not included because I used Booking.com. Room wasn’t all that clean, especially around the refrigerator.

Have not had breakfast at the hotel, our son and his family live close to the hotel so we always join them for breakfast.

Just a suggestion that there should be at least 2 cooks for breakfast on a Saturday ( a busier day of the week for the hotel as more guests are in). One cook made for a long wait for breakfast.

The breakfast was okay. It would be better to keep it as a buffet style breakfast everyday. Most days the breakfast is in an order then cook format. For that format more than one cook is required.

They did not have a protocol for a tornado. It was a first experience with a potential tornado warning so we were concerned.

The air conditioner was very dusty on the cover ledges and the inside edges of the shower were yellowish and blackish. The pool looked water looked very cloud, however the hot tub had clean clear water but the bottom of the pool and the filters looked like they need cleaning.

The 2 receptionist at the front desk were very friendly and kind.

One elevator out of service, the other would only go up and then down instead of just going straight down. The room service cost for pasta primavera was a ridiculous $28. Rooms could use remodeling Very disappointed that beds were not memory foam pillowtop. Have come to expect that. All the better hotels and AirBnBs have that!!

The breakfast was good. Unusual to have eggs etc made to order. Room service was fast and food good. Quiet room and comfortable furniture.

The elevator was out on one side. The carpet in front of our hotel room had crumbs, dirt, or sand in front of our door during our whole stay. And when I checked in, the front desk clerk was unaware I had already paid for the room and the breakfast so we waited for her to figure it out. I didn't like the fact I had to pay an extra $25 for a room deposit in addition to already paying for the room- but I guess that's what you all do.

Breakfast was very good. Well worth paying for in advance. The location was excellent and we had enough extra places to eat surrounding the hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room or bring towels or toilet paper, or coffee. You have to pay for breakfast which is a little ridiculous for the price. The bathtub had what seemed to be the remnants of the nonslip stickers, if the hot water in the tub was turned on it was very slow, it was the opposite with the cold water.

The staff was amazing, the room was nice.

Replace the pillows. They were flat as a board and offered no support at all.

We did not have breakfast. The location was convenient to the casino and the check in was very fast.

Ignored by the “hostess” at breakfast. We finally spotted her when we were about finished. Asked for a condiment only to wait a while for a decline. Imagine no salsa with eggs in Texas! No welcome or acknowledgment we even existed in the dining room. Also, no salt and pepper.

Very clean. Close to highway. No noise from outside the hotel. Excellent cleaning staff.

My room was ok . Bedside tables were still dirty from someone else’s drinks. And sheets were yellow dingy. And pillows were disgusting & old. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping In the bed but paid over 200 so I’d lost that and had to pay for another room. And on site that I paid for my room it was under 200 when I checked in it was 214.

Love the greeting from desk clerk. And liked the entrance. And the pool.

I normally like to rent a hotel that has a hot tub because I travel all day and at night it helps to be able to sit in a hot tub. My last two stays here. The hot tub has not been available. They just don’t fix it anymore.  also when I open the door to the room there’s a very strong, musty smell, and the water pressure is not good.
