Way too noisy between traffic and other guests well past 10pm. They hounded me about my checkout time making sure I would be out by 11. They called my room at 8 am and then housekeeping tried to come in my room while I was getting out of the shower at 9:30 asking if i would be checking out by 11.

It was accomodating to my early check in and it had a nice balcony that overlooked the pool.

I didn't like my room this time because everything was dirty, specifically the bathroom.

I like the location because it is in the middle of everything. It's perfect.

Really close to the event I was attending. Has near by fast food restaurants and was very cheap!!! The only issue is that I think I might have found a bed bug on the bed. I did double check and found nothing else so not sure. But overall not bad

The area is a bit rough and other are homeless people right outside. It is a bit noisy.

The front desk was very attentive and helpful. He put me in an upstairs room which was appreciated and confirmed the correct parking area.

Unfortunately, the room was simply not worth it. From the you walk I was hit with a pungent order. I tried to deodorize the room but it did not go away. The room on the surface looked clean but when I entered the bathroom there was water all over the toilet and floor. After trying the shower. There was black dirt or stuff under the bath mat. I ultimately had to do a quick clean before I showered. I would have checked out, but I couldn't find any open rooms so I roughed it out and stayed the night. Graciously my friend let me stay with him the next day. Also, If you stay, make sure you lock all the doors. There were sketchy people loitering around. Right before I left I realized the patio door had been left unlocked. When I saw that I made sure to take all my valuables with me.

The check-in was simple. I walked up paid and was in the room within minutes of my arrival. That was the most decent part of the trip. The cost was good for what I thought was a 2.5 room. Also, the location is right in the heart of all the fun stuff, so you can get anywhere cool in a matter of minutes.

THE OUTSIDE WAS VERY RUNDOWN AND DIRTY AND SMELLED ,THE ROOM IS OLD AND THE PRICE I PAYED ITS WAS EXPENSIVE FOR A 175.00 A NIGHT SHOULD BE 50.00 A NIGHT ,IT WAS JUST A BED THATS IT .

The room’s floors were filthy, our feet turned black from walking on them. The lamps lightbulbs were burnt out, & there was patched up holes & exposed unpainted wood visible. Also. the cleaning lady leave our room unlocked to a common pool area the second day. A privacy tag was requested to keep her out after this…. And front desk staff asked if they could move us to another room upstairs in the middle of our stay, even though my mother had a handicap disability and needed the bottom floor we booked.

The facilities were really filthy outside. I really thought it could have really been cleaned up better the inside was clean enough it was loud. Bed not all that comfortable. For the price I paid I would have at least expected a coffee maker in the room. Almost $300 for two nights I did not think it was a good value. The staff very nice but I would not recommend your Motel.

The first room I was put in was so nice, but the sink was leaking, and they moved me to a smaller room that wasn't as nice. That was actually the third room because when they first moved me, I was put in a room with an adjoining door. I wasn't comfortable with the door having a lock on the other side and not knowing what or who was over there. I expressed my concerns, and the guy working kept saying the door went to an old office they don't use. He was frustrated with me, I could tell. However, I still said I was uncomfortable, so he told me to take the one next to it. The room was considerably smaller and not as nice. It definitely wasn't what I expected for the price. The first room with the leaking sink was well worth what I paid. I ended up leaving the night before I was supposed to check out because the noise was too much. There were kids screaming and running around right outside my room. They were literally screaming until well after 10 pm. At one point, someone hit (or maybe ran into) the glass door to my room. I was traveling by myself, so I tried to lay low and not cause any unwanted attention, but I did worry about whoever hit the door and hope they were alright. If I were on vacation, I don't think I would have minded it much, but I was in Long Beach to work, and it was hard to sleep with that much noise.

I liked the two ladies who worked there. They were very nice and helpful. I hope whoever owns that motel will acknowledge their workers, especially ones like the two ladies. I also liked that I could have my dog with me, and it was super close to the convention center. The location and price were good.

The bed sheets had ciggarete burns and the walls had some odd stains on them. Also the room had cockroaches.

The check in was smooth and the man who helped us check in was very nice.

It was like an old beat up terrible room. Bizarre lipstick writing and stains on the lampshade. What is that about? It is surprising that they can stay in business. Like a drug motel.
