The hot water takes a really long time to warm up, and the unit we had we were unable to dim the lights so it was either really bright or pitch black.

Location and staff follow you around

Very welcoming front desk staff. However they keep a weird close eye on guests. Every turn they’re looking at you. Room was dated BUT the pleasant staff and cute gift shop evens it all out.

I wish there was a piece of paper beside the shower or mirror that explained how to use the shower’s faucet. It turns out that the handle needed to be placed on the ‘cold’ side in order to get hot water. If there was a sheet of paper to remind customers tat would have relieve some stresses.

Like that it was spacious. And so each suite was not right next to another.

I thought the lighting over the bed and jacuzzi should have been on a dimmer. The BRIGHT lights were either ON or OFF.

I liked the size of the room and the large shower.

You could tell they are fixing it up & refurbishing it. Need to get the fined tuned things done, like trim work. I did have to kill a couple ants & a cockroach

The front office is a bit overkill for the 'romance" part. The room was spacious & shower was awesome.

Size of the room was huge. Jacuzzi worked great. Location was perfect for what we did. Price was also perfect.

We had a great time, although there was no hot water in the hot tub at 8 PM so we had to wait until it heated a few hours.

The blankets made you sweat during the night. Couldn't see TV if you was in the jacuzzi. Shower was hard to get to a showing temp.

Nothing really. It's just not our idea of romantic. The bed was hard and the fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Facilities are older and could use updating, but clean and at the offered price well worth it.

There is no other place you can go to get the amenities that this place offers at this price. A large room with a fireplace,(Duraflame logs) 2 person hot tub in the room, large shower with 2 shower heads... a perfect getaway for two. It may be a bit outdated, but my room has always been clean and comfortable and the staff is great.

At first glance- very nice. Once you get in and start looking ……Could have been cleaner. Everything just looked old- very worn leather chairs, lots of paint chipping off table areas, The carpet had stuff on it, like it wasn’t vacuumed. The shower looked like it had iron or rust stains running down the tile, and did not look clean- we didn’t use it. This property needs updated big time- from furniture, paint, decor, to bedding linens. These changes would make this place worth the price and we would definitely go back. It just needs some love and attention to spruce it up.

We loved the amenities within the room. The tub and the fireplace. Our room had a new sink in it. We spent all our time in the jet tub- however we were really disappointed that we could see the TV from the tub to relax and watch a movie/show while enjoying the spa tub. The tv was along the same wall as the tub, so you couldn’t see it all.

The TV isn't a smart TV and could be bigger and be able to turn to see from the Jacuzzi . There was not very many cabel channels to watch . The outlets couldn't hold our phone chargers correctly. The plug kept falling out.

We really liked how much space there was in the room. We liked the big shower . Love that there's a Jacuzzi in the room. The package we purchased was very well done in the room upon arrival. We enjoy having the fireplace in the room

Carpet and paint could use some updating.

Staff were exceptional and made our Valentines stay very special. Comfy bed, clean room and great location. Loved the fireplace.
