The bed made noises every time you move. There must be something wrong with the box spring or mattress. The matress was not the best, some heavy customers may have slept there as it had deep ditches on both sides

Located on boardwalk. Few bikes with speakers and it's Oregon weed smoke lingering/drifting. Wish there was one or two more garbage cans in the room. Little left over trash from before me. Me nitpicking

Main room garbage can was half full of garbage 🗑. It was gross to see. Bath/shower drains very very slowly. Needs to be unclogged. Im bald, so it wastes me.

Maybe a clock with a plug or usb socket and maybe an extension lead for the fan as there is no AC. I had to move the table next to the bed so the fan could reach me. Also maybe some clear instructions when booking that when you arrive you have to get the key from another motel 5 mins away. It was fine to drive but i had already driven 6 hours, unpacked the car and was looking for a reception to gain access then i saw the sign. I had to load the car back up and drive again. It would have been better to go straight there for the key.

I did not like no air conditioning, very limited parking or the walking distance to the shore. The ventilation and lighting in the bath area isnt good. Last, the spare blanket/comforter (stored in the TV stand) smelled like urine.

The refrigerator wasn't working so our food spoiled before we realized.

The room was right on the beachfront with sidewalk/trail access leading into town. The room was clean and comfortable.

Could use some updates as the screen door was very hard to open and close. We had to leave it cracked so it wouldn’t get stuck and the person above us was having the same issues. Some of the cabinets wouldn’t close all the way as the hinges needed a bit of work and it just seems a bit run down for the price of 1400 for two nights.

The location was very nice as it was close enough to walk to the main strip of town right on the Prom but far enough from where the noise was so quiet evenings. The grounds were well kept Staff was wonderful and very helpful. At first it was a little odd that we had to check in at the sister hotel but that actually was fine.

Some stuff could use repair bathroom door lock, shower regulator was wonky also slider to the patio was difficult to open. Beds were overly hard. Not bad, I just it was overly priced for what it was.

The screen needed to be replaced. It had a large hole in it and the track was brioken so opening and closing was very difficult. The ice machine didn’t work. We could only get a handful anytime we tried. Parking wasn’t always easy. If a person didn’t park too good they used two spaces.

The bed was wonderful, fireplace was nice, the “kitchen” was very nice. We were quite a distance to the ocean but were still able to hear it and sort of see it. The walk to town was great. The chairs and table on the deck were nice too.

There is lack of clarity in the listing with Booking.com. It said, "balcony" but instead was on the first floor without a balcony, just a porch. We really wanted an upstairs room for a better view. The photos showed a balcony - so we were very disappointed to not have one. The facility and Booking.com really need to clear this up, so customers will know for sure whether they are on a ground floor or the second floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great - right on the prom/beach in Seaside.

The TV and remote were difficult to use. The TV is a smart TV but the remote was not one that usually pairs with a smart TV. Also only one window had a screen and one window was impossible to open. With no A/C in the room, being able to open all the windows (with screens) is important.

The view of the ocean from the room was nice. The bed was comfortable.

We weren’t aware when booking that there is no reception at this property. You have to check in at a different site about 5 minute drive away. Our keys were not initially programmed correctly, and so once we got there we had to turn around and drive back to the sister site to get them fixed.

When checking in, the staff was not concerned with personal privacy. There was a line to check in with 3 of us waiting in a very small area. My partner was parking the car so it was me-a woman, with two men also waiting behind me. She asked for my address to be cited in front of strangers instead of just confirming the last few digits of the zip code or something. I solved this by handing her my id for her to confirm the address without having to say it out loud. I received a text asking if everything was satisfactory once we got to the room, I replied that I was disappointed that the safe in our room was out of order, which they were already aware of because they had placed an out of order sign on it. I had in part chosen the hotel because it offered a safe and we always like to secure our valuables when out of the room. I asked if they had another room available with a working safe. They never responded to me. The beds and floors were very clean, but the dishes were not. I could see lip marks on the glasses, so I proceeded to wash them myself. The shower curtain was ripped all along the top but functional. For the price per night, I would have thought it would be better maintained.

The location was wonderful as it was far enough away from downtown to be quiet, but close enough to reach on a quick walk. Being on the promenade was great, and we took advantage of their oceanfront chairs. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The floors were also very clean, which can be hard with all the sand. The fireplace was pleasant. We appreciated the wood dowel they provided in the sliding glass door so we could leave it open at night to get the fresh sea air, while still staying secure.

Parking was a little confusing but once I figured it out it was convenient. It was a not well marked how to get to the from the cabins to the front lawn.

Location was amazing. Room was comfortable. Loved the little electric fireplace.
