United StatesOur room faced Main st which was noisy. If we had a room in the back of the Inn I’m sure it would have been quiet. We heard all the trucks and cars going by. We also heard the footsteps of people above us.

United StatesFor us the bed was a little too firm, it would have been perfect if having a choice was an option when choosing a room. Room discription mentioned sound proofed and we heard nothing from any neighbors but the street traffic was a little loud several times thru the night.
Location was good, it was where we wanted to be. It appeared very clean, and smelled very clean. Linens were fresh, clean and crisp. It was nicely decorated and not cluttered. It was a soothing environment.

United StatesThe lack of comforts. like bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels. Also, there was not a laundry bag provided. We were reluctant to take the regular towels to the beach. Also, there was no information on beach entry passes. It would not be hard to provide some info on that, even if there were no badges or passes provided.
Location is great. Rooms are comfortable, except for the too-soft pillows. Walking along Main Street (either to or away from the beach) is a delight. The staff was excellent in helping us adjust the HVAC, which was acting erratically when we first arrived.

United StatesBesides not having a pool (which we knew ahead of time), the only place to lounge outside was our balcony. It would’ve been nice to have a dedicated spot on the ground floor to hang out except for the benches on the side walk
The rooms were beautiful! So clean and nice classic decor without being too pretentious, not to mention the extremely comfortable bed; once I hit the pillow, I slept like a rock!! Not by the water, but loved being in the heart of down town Manasquan where we could walk to all the local shops on Main St!

United StatesParking, not enough. At one point on a Saturday evening there was no parking available. I had to park illegally and go back to my vehicle every 15 minutes or so and see if anyone from the restaurant had left so I could park where I was supposed to.
Room was great, very clean. Felt like home. Loved the little town feel.

United StatesOne problem with all units: the HVAC would turn on at a high (noisy) speed for 5 minutes, reduced to medium for 5 minutes and low for 5 minutes then turn off for 5 minutes. Then there would be a tapping sound ( 47 taps) and the unit would turn on again. Could not set a steady speed for the fan or turn it off. Had losts of difficulty falling asleep.. This needs to be fixed if we are to return to the Inn. Also a nightlight in the bathroom would help. The wood threshold by the bathroom in room 202 is not attached to the floor and is a tripping hazard. We still L:OVE the Inn!
Our family stayed in three rooms, 201,202, and 204. All we beautiful, ell equipped and maintained.
