Great location on beach! Friendly, helpful staff. Nice studio apartment. Used the free bikes. Didn't have to move the car the entire weekend. Great restaurants in walking distance.

The bed and pillow was not very comfortable and the toilet makes a hard noise every time you discharge.

The proximity to the beach was excellent. Just crossing gulf way. The room was clean, with all essential . Small kitchenette with everything. The staff was attentive. Every day asked if you need towels, trash bags, etc. you also have a cooler to take to the beach, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas even bicycle.

Proximity to beach and free use of chairs and beach umbrella. After spending a night we were wishing we had made plans to add on another night but had already made travel plans elsewhere. Thanks for the great experience.

Honestly, I think the only thing that was missed was maybe a box of Kleenex in the room and that’s it.

The location to the beach was perfect! And it wasn’t walking distance or doing a freebie ride to anything else you needed. You didn’t have to bring anything with you no beach towels no chair no umbrella. They had it all. My room was cozy and perfect. If I wanted to eat in the amenities, were there to do so This is my new spot when I come to Saint Pete Beach.

This place was amazing and couldn’t be any closer to an amazing beach. Plenty of restaurants/bars to walk to, yet not in a busy touristy area. Staff always asked how everything was and were very friendly. Nice linens and fluffy beach towels. Can watch the sunset right from your deck depending on which room you pick.

they did have the parking lot redone while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but they did provide on street parking which was great

Tina, the Inn Keeper, was phenomenal, the room was clean comfortable and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. having access to chairs and umbrellas for the beach was also great and all though we did not utilize them the bicycles are great for people to get around. The only reason I did not rate it at 10 is because there is always room for improvement.

Not much bad to say about the hotel itself. I think parking could be a bit tight if you get there late, although I believe they have some sort of "voucher" for the PayToPark if you have to park on the street. Other than that, I have no complaints about the hotel itself. It is awesome! We went to two of the restaurants in Pass-A-Grill square (Hurricane's and Paradise), and we weren't really impressed with the food, especially for the price. Also, there aren't many markets/gas stations, etc. nearby, so make sure you stock up on snacks, drinks, etc. before you get there.

This was our first time visiting the St Pete area, and I can't say enough good things about Inn on the Beach. It's an old "Motor Hotel" that's been completely refurbished and modernized. We were in Clementine, one of the smaller rooms, and it was awesome. Everything is sparkling and clean, the furniture and fixtures are all new and swanky. They really did a top-notch job remodeling it, and it feels very well taken care of. The hotel is across the road from the beach, but it's a small road and there's little traffic on the road, so not a worry. There is very little noise since there's very little traffic. The property is very thoughtful in that they have beach chairs, bikes, coolers, etc that you can take to the beach. The beach itself is excellent, although it's covered in shells. There are restaurants down at Pass-A-Grill's square, which is a 4-block walk away. Overall, Inn on the Beach totally rocks and is our new "getaway" place when we want to go to the beach.

Excellent, modern, beautiful beach spot, they go above and beyond! This is an amazing spot and we will be back for sure! They provide umbrellas, chairs, towels, snacks, bicycles to ride, robes, and all these cute amazing details. Place is spotless and adorable! Tina is the heart of it all and an amazing host and awesome human being! Highly recommend!!

The place is wonderful, right across from the Beach. The room is super cute and it has absolutely everything you could possibly need. From robes, to lotion, sunscreen, beach and bath towels and MORE. They even provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes and cooler. Tina was super helpful and sweet. Parking is great and reliable. We were able to walk to the little town where you can find restaurants, ice cream and cute little stores. We will for sure be back!!!

Only downside was the small bathroom. Not a deal breaker since the room was awesome, but could use counter space for toiletries.

Location was wonderful. A bit removed from the action, but also only a few blocks away from restaurants and shopping. Room was extremely clean and didn’t smell musty like most beach properties. Modern finishes and super clean; felt newly renovated.

It was perfect. An accessible broom for a day after the beach to sweep would have been great though.
