How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room temperature was 77 degrees and it took hours to bring it down to a comfortable temperature for sleeping.
Best breakfast with a very conscientious attendant who takes pride in her work!

The air conditioning would be working on and off getting hot in the middle of the night. However, I told the staff my concern via text, and once I came back to the hotel, my requested towels was ready for me, and the air conditioning was perfect throughout the night! I also had an issue with the staff having a slight issue with my guest(1) and I, enjoying outside as it got late at night. I felt monitored.
I like that I get a text throughout the trip to see how my stay is going, and they help with anything as soon as possible. The breakfast is nice, it was clean, and bed feels nice.

It took us 40 minutes to get to drive around to try to find the entrance to the place because they has closed some street signs should’ve been put up to help people to get to the right road to get to the place

The 1st night was great in the double queen suite except there was no heating vent in the bathroom & the 2nd night was not so good in the king suite the refrigerator didn’t work & the bathroom was not cleaned to my satisfaction because it had other people hair around the toilet & on the toilet. Again no heating vents in the bathroom . We woke up to no power which meant cold showers in the dark no breakfast which was included in price & no discount to accommodate the inconvenience.
THE COFFEE WAS AMAZING & Staff was really friendly.

Could use some updating but overall good value for the price
The staff was excellent from the front desk to the girl serving the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful.

Stay away from gravy.
Slept great! Harder bed than usual but both wife & I commented it was one of best sleeps in motel we have had. Great value for the money.

Difficult to get to. TV was basically inop and was not replaced. I hope the splatters on the bathroom walls were not blood but appeared to be.

Location- hard to get to. It was so hard to find. I saw the signs, but it was really convoluted to get to the property. The room was clean, but the toilet had greyish water as though there was sediment in it. I thought that the breakfast was kind of limited and the eggs were the fake kind (gross). I mean boiled eggs are pretty easy to do. And fresh cut fruit is not terribly difficult or expensive. I didn’t think it was worth what I paid
It was nice. I like that the rooms are inside.

The vending machine located on the third floor was non-functional, and the cleanliness of the restroom facilities did not meet acceptable standards.
The individual at the front desk demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy, providing valuable assistance.

They had biscuits and gravy on the breakfast. But absolutely no way to warm up the biscuit. No, microwave and it would not fit the toaster.
The pool in hot tub was open till 11 PM.

Small pool, unexpected $100 incidental refundable fee, inability to split payment, and no baked cookies whenever I went by front desk. Also, I requested an extra blanket and never got one.
