Staff was super friendly & accommodating. Room was clean & unlike other hotels, they made up the room every day. It was extremely quiet. Once in our room, we never heard a thing & air conditioner was great & quiet. Pool & hot tub great. Elevators fast & roomy. Hot Breakfast & dinner included everyday - saved lots of time & never had to leave the hotel for meals. Soda fountain in lobby open all day. Popcorn in lobby great afternoon snack. Close to Universal & shuttle was convenient. First time at a Drury Inn & it won't be the last.

The property was well kept. Room was very clean, air quality and temperature was great. Breakfast, snack and dinner with drinks offer was sweet!! Staff was very friendly.

Everything! So clean, large rooms, daily maid service, free breakfast, free dinner, free drinks, location, shuttle service, little store you can purchase things, kitchen you can order additional food, pool and hot tub was very clean. Still a little chilly but good once the full sun hits it. 7/11 next door if you need anything additional. 15 minute Uber $7 to universal, convention center. 25 minute $10 Uber to Disney springs. $19 25 minutes Uber to mco airport. If I could pick this hotel up and take it on every vacation I would. Perfect.

Although an older hotel it was well located with breakfast included and free parking. In the evenings u also get a light meal inc typically meat balls mac and cheese pulled pork sliders and salad and free soda for kids and adults get 3 free alcoholic beverages each night so if on a budget this is basically like half board in my opinion so superb value for money

Evening kick back was great, the complimentary adult drink card was a great unexpected bonus. The hot breakfast was great. Our family was very pleased with the pool area as well as the free soda and popcorn. Night bartender and cook were very nice, helpful and pleasant to chat with. We will definitely book a hotel here in the future.
