Room was very big and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable, and everything was v very clean.

Downtown location, with adjacent parking garage, was excellent. No meal service on Sunday evening but breakfast on Monday morning was good. Rooms were well laid out and comfortable. Staff was attentive.

Home fries were not thoroughly cooked, appeared like they were reheated. The best part of breakfast was the toast. Waitress was not very attentive made a lot of simple mistakes resulting in her apologizing several times.
Overall cleanliness. That is very important.

When we told the staff about it they did nothing for 6 hours until we told them about it a 2nd time. No hot water in the bathroom sink one morning. 2nd night the thermostat broke and the room became very hot. We complained enough they gave us half off but no apology and the front desk worker was rude.
Bartender and restaurant hostess were very friendly.

The hotel was nice in terms of decor.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was super nice. I like the security of them locking the doors after 11. The parking garage was free for hotel guests. Our venue we were going to was right across the street! Overall, a great stay.
