Nothing to fault.

The location is superb. Rooms are really clean and cosy. I also used the swimming pool and hot tub a lot. Service is fantastic especially the staff at the reception who were really kind and accommodating when we requested a late check out due to our whale watching tour. Breakfast was also very good.

I chose the hotel as we would could get breakfast included. However, when we arrived breakfast was only for two people in the room not the four people we had clearly booked to stay in the room. We only found this out when we arrived. That was not ideal as we may have chosen somewhere else if we had known.

The room was very nicely furnished and the bathroom was spacious and of high quality. The pool although small was a nice quiet terrace to sit with the family.

The 100 dlls deposit! This hotel is pricey and still they add 100 dlls deposit and the staff told me the return those 100 dlls…. I’m still waiting. So keep in mind that.

Is it a good hotel, comfy and is near to everything. The rooms are big.

I wish they had a free breakfast. You can buy breakfast from the restaurant downstairs but for the price I feel like there should be a breakfast included (or at least a discount at the restaurant). The restaurant is def on the high end of prices for what you get (one slice of avocado toast was almost $20).

Right next to the aquarium in the center of cannery row, can’t get a better location! Everything is clean, everyone is nice

I did find it difficult to find fault with this place, but the reason that I booked with this place was to be in the building that is on the Oceanside so we could enjoy the beautiful patio downstairs without having to cross the street. When we checked in, we were told that we had a room across the street without that immediate access so I requested a room in this building on the Oceanside and they were accommodating, but said I would have to wait a couple of hours for it to be ready. That sounded fine but after three or four hours had passed and we still hadn’t been called , it did get a little frustrating. It wasn’t terrible because there was plenty to do around there while we were waiting, but we really wanted to check into our room and relax a little. After waiting and not hearing back, we walked back to the hotel and it turned out that they had forgotten to call us! The room was actually ready, but we didn’t know. We ended up with a room in a great location with a partial view of the ocean from our little perch balcony, so it ended well and we did get a later checkout as well. Highly recommend but specify which building you want to be in. Lesson learned!

If you like to walk around and have great drinks and food and be around beautiful scenery and very pleasant and happy people then this is the place to stay! The location is perfect. The restaurant in the hotel was spot on and I cannot wait to go back. I had some of the most delicious oysters and drinks at their C restaurant. Great breakfast as well. Valet parking service is really good too. I can’t wait to go back and do it again!

Fantastic location and a comfortable, clean facility. I wish the beds were queens and not full-size. The walls and windows are great for inside and outdoor sounds. Liked the ice and water machine. I highly recommend.

No coffee pot in rooms just espresso machine and 45.00 a night for valet parking is a little high in my opinion
