    I don’t know where to start, but here we go infested with roaches bedbugs everything is falling apart the room smell like piss, completely disgusting I left, and they would not give me my money back the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life completely disgusting appalling just nasty. You have to be out of your mind to stay there. It should be reported to the health department.

    everything. poor management, poor customer service. no employee was on duty when I was to check in. had to leave for another hotel

    That’s it, the manager of this hotel is incompetent, the equipment in the room is also in poor condition, I’m very glad that we didn’t stay in this hotel!

    I didn't like the bathroom, i'm always particular about restrooms, it was clean, but didn't like the toilet. otherwise it was descent.

    The living room / bedroom was the best part, you do have a flat screen tv with cable. You can do your laundry and it's not expensive to use.

    Smells like marijuana everywhere!!! Dirt under the bed that hasn't been cleaned in over a weeks. Everything's old. It smells stale. I waited an hour and half for an employee to get into room. The key didn't work.

    When I first arrived I pointed out that my room wasn’t very clean. The manager said well that’s weird because I just checked it. The bathtub was physically dirty, the sink, dirty, the toilet had stains on it. There was dirt build up on the floor in the kitchen where the trash can goes. Literally red candy stuck to my sheets. People arguing, things getting thrown in the hall way. And to top it off I paid for 14 days but had to leave after 2 because of bed bugs. Still waiting for a refund and it hAs been 18 days.

    FRONT DESK made me feel like they were not really Customer Friendly ( they really enjoy letting a customer know Office Is Closed) I had issue with my key Card 2 times and both times really left me feeling like Damn, Wow ( I'm still a paying customer) these rooms aren't FREE. I don't know if it's the NO REFUND POLICY that makes the staff SO NON CARING ..........or they really wake up like that and come to work every day 😶‍🌫️. BEWARE

    I had some car trouble, so I liked that speedway was near and few other places near that's walkable.

    Was charged extra because booking had over booked this hotel...was charged a deposit when no one else gets charged one...there was roaches and lunnens were stolen from the washer and dryer and I have to pay for it all now.the roaches and the prices

    The weed smell. Carpet needs to be clean. Smells moldy and mildew. Needs to be updated, for this to a part of Wyndham. I have stayed at microtels before and this makes the brand terrible ! Key cards for other people in our party had to get key cards almost daily. Weed smell on every floor ridiculous

    Location was good and close to downtown . Shannon at front desk was Amazing, sweet, and great customer service. Breakfast was a plus

    That is not good for staying because you cannot rest and it seemed low-income and bad treatment via cockroach and the bathroom was disgusting I do not recommend it to anyone, one thing is the photos and another is when you see it in people

    Killed three cockroachs, staff didn't give any new bath towels, or replace toilet paper. The pictures and the rooms are completely different, all together it's false advertising. The part that frustrates me is that you can't get a refund for such a horrible place.

    I made a reservation probably 3 weeks in advance for 85 days to travel to Columbus for a work assignment. I called the day before my reservation to have my card processed for payment so I wouldn’t drive 9 hours to not have a place to stay and was told they could not do that but the staff member said she would run my card the day of and leave keys and paperwork for me because I stated I may arrive after 7. I drive to Columbus the day of my reservation just for them to tell me they didn’t know if I was coming so they gave my room to a walk in! What sense does that make when I had a reservation and I called to try and process my payment a day beforehand??? They only had one other room and wouldn’t even accommodate the price I reserved for as it was over $100 more than what I would have paid plus it was dirty and they had no one to clean it. Staff was very nonchalant and I had to drive around an unfamiliar city an additional 5 hours trying to find a hotel and had to sleep in my car overnight. Very poor service and unacceptable!
