Elevator hasn’t worked since check-in Monday September 18th and still isn’t working. The laundry room is locked and you’re not able to use the washers nor dryers, so I haven’t washed in three weeks. Your site charged the hotel fee of $50, then when checking in I was charged the hotel fee if $50 AGAIN, so I would like a refund of that $50, asked at the front desk and was told your company shouldn’t have charged me!

I like that my room is on the 4th quiet floor, but no elevator! I loved that my room is clean and refurbished, but no laundry mat available. I like that I wasn’t charged another $50 at the front desk when I extended my stay, but still haven’t gotten back the first $50 your company charged in my reservation.

Helped me and family in our time of need for 2 weeks. Very grateful for my dog being aloud to stay as well. Being able to keep my pet meant the world to me because I was feared I would have to rehome him.

Upon entering premises police were present and encountered a number of people loitering by ground floor lift. Was unsure as to any safety issues that may have occurred as no staff present. Upon entering my room I heard commotion outside and from adjacent rooms. It seemed like an altercation was in place and beginning to intensify. At approximately 2am I heard what appeared to be a fire alarm. Shortly after this I opened my room door to see what was happening. I smelt smoke and then saw a young lady who was running frantically past my room and said that I should hurry up and get out as the place was on fire. She was clearly very distressed so I took her claim very seriously. I gathered my unopened luggage bags and swiftly left down the stairs and through the exit. I even left my room door open without properly checking for any other belongings. There was many people running in panic and distress to safety. I saw many people in distress but also many people who seemed less frantic but more inebriated and quite jovial. I even saw some with burnt glass bottles which resembled drug paraphernalia. Now I was waiting outside with all my belongings in the middle of the morning. Fire engine was onsite but Could not see no firemen and I assumed they were in the building. There was no staff present onsite to assure the situation was secure. And I was given no contact number for this. I felt very unsafe at this time as many people started to converge outside around me with all my belongings. In addition to this I felt had been seen by many as I was leaving my room. It was also started to rain so at this point I felt my safest recourse would be to call an Uber and check into another hotel. The next morning I returned to the hotel to check if I had left anything in my room and checkout and explain what happened, and the action I had to take and explain that I could no longer feel safe here and that there was no communication to/with me throughout the incidents.

The refrigerator was leaking also they had a bad smell coming out the tub mattress had a lot of urine stains. The picture is of the mattress urine stains.

The door was broke when we got in there they kept our deposit kept lying saying they was going to give it to us they never gave it to US Air conditioning was broke too
