We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThat we were told we couldn’t take in our yeti cups to pool area. And our pool bags were searched to make sure we didn’t have anything. But then you had other guests that were allowed to bring In their cups … so if you are going to do it for one person you need to do it for all ….

United StatesMy only concern is having to wear a bracelet with the hotel name in it. If I was a young woman traveling alone, I wouldn't want to advertise where I was staying.. I get the intention of security but there could be a better option. It doesn't electronically do anything. The $20 parking per night is a little steep. I'm guessing that I missed that during the booking process.

United StatesThe rooms are very clean but the quarters are tight. I think a curved rod for the shower area would help feel roomier in the bathroom.
The location is perfect for walking to the downtown area. The atmosphere was fun and lively while safe and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I liked the text messages to welcome us and answered any questions we had timely.

Very clean property and beds were very comfortable, great location close to down town, pool area was nice. I kept seeing reviews that said the golf carts were expensive but ours was only $50 on Thursday and $80 on Friday. Much less than others in the area.

United StatesOnly one gate to get into the very large pool area. A long walk from our poolside room. We asked about this and we’re told it was for security reasons. I can understand that but one gate on each side of the area would be convenient for guests.
Room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. Staff very nice, courteous, helpful. Good complimentary coffee. Great outdoor multiple pools and giant hot tub.

United StatesNo in room coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast. Both are pretty common in every hotel we’ve stayed in. For the price they could at least have grab and go breakfast items. $3.00 for a bottle of water when you can go buy a case at the store less than 5 min walk. We thought rooms needed more bath towels. First hotel we’ve stayed in out of 7+ on the island where our room wasn’t ready by 1pm. It was a Monday so the place wasn’t full. Their policy like every other hotel on the island is ready by 3 pm. They charge a $200 security deposit not mentioned when you prepay that should immediately be credited to your account the day you leave. We’re still waiting.
It was clean and close to the night time entertainment scene as well as food . Pool and hot tub area were great.
