That we were told we couldn’t take in our yeti cups to pool area. And our pool bags were searched to make sure we didn’t have anything. But then you had other guests that were allowed to bring In their cups … so if you are going to do it for one person you need to do it for all ….

It was freezing outside which the hotel can’t help but our room was hot. We called to let them know and someone did come right away to fix but it didn’t seem fixed we just left the door open for air

The property was very clean. The staff could be seen daily cleaning the pool and grounds. The atmosphere is good. The pool and bars are great.

My only concern is having to wear a bracelet with the hotel name in it. If I was a young woman traveling alone, I wouldn't want to advertise where I was staying.. I get the intention of security but there could be a better option. It doesn't electronically do anything. The $20 parking per night is a little steep. I'm guessing that I missed that during the booking process.

The rooms are very clean but the quarters are tight. I think a curved rod for the shower area would help feel roomier in the bathroom.

The location is perfect for walking to the downtown area. The atmosphere was fun and lively while safe and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and helpful. I liked the text messages to welcome us and answered any questions we had timely.

The music at the pools was a little loud but they stopped early. Rooms could really use a coffee maker.

Very clean property and beds were very comfortable, great location close to down town, pool area was nice. I kept seeing reviews that said the golf carts were expensive but ours was only $50 on Thursday and $80 on Friday. Much less than others in the area.

Only one gate to get into the very large pool area. A long walk from our poolside room. We asked about this and we’re told it was for security reasons. I can understand that but one gate on each side of the area would be convenient for guests.

Room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. Staff very nice, courteous, helpful. Good complimentary coffee. Great outdoor multiple pools and giant hot tub.

The extremely loud music at the pool from sun up to past sun down shook the whole room and made relaxing in the room impossible. There was no microwave available. No decaf coffee either.

Needed microwave in the rooms, not just the lobby; golf cart key had to be returned by 9pm every night; no free breakfast/no meals

All was well except one of the security people telling my friend he would kick him out for wearing a speedo, when more than half of the women there were wearing thong swimsuit bottoms.

No in room coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast. Both are pretty common in every hotel we’ve stayed in. For the price they could at least have grab and go breakfast items. $3.00 for a bottle of water when you can go buy a case at the store less than 5 min walk. We thought rooms needed more bath towels. First hotel we’ve stayed in out of 7+ on the island where our room wasn’t ready by 1pm. It was a Monday so the place wasn’t full. Their policy like every other hotel on the island is ready by 3 pm. They charge a $200 security deposit not mentioned when you prepay that should immediately be credited to your account the day you leave. We’re still waiting.

It was clean and close to the night time entertainment scene as well as food . Pool and hot tub area were great.

Small things could be added, like hooks in the rooms to hang towels or wet garments. A door stop to hold door open when carrying things in. Additional gate around pool as we had to walk all the way around to to get to and from the room

It can be very loud at times. Some of the rooms are literally right by the DJ. But would still go back.

Has been remodeled and was pretty well kept up and clean. Staff very friendly.
