The carpet in our room really needs replacing, it was very stained and worn. The floor was a bit soft in places.

Staff were amazingly kind and extremely accommodating. It was myself, my disabled husband and my 84 year old grandfather. It was nice that we were able to have our own bathrooms and bedrooms since my grandfather gets us at 4 am every morning. It was nice to be able to make coffee in the room, I set it up that night and all he had to do was hit the button in the morning. Beds were crisp, clean and comfortable. The AC worked very well. The water pressure was ok, plenty of towels. The kitchen had all the basics and even had some Splenda and sweet n low for the coffeemaker. The pillows were full sized and not floppy. Breakfast was very good, a couple of the ladies helped me get food for my grandfather, it was a big helping hand. I really appreciated that. We got an amazing rate and it was worth it. I would stay here again.

The TV was not hooked up to any satellite- never could use it. Phones were not hooked up to anything-could not call front desk

Breakfast was fine but right after we got there, a large group of teen boys monopolized the waffle maker— they were not sitting down to eat - they were making a bunch of waffles , stacking in plates and walking out with them.

The sofa bed was covered with plastic which made some noise but I prefer that to make sure the mattress is clean. Breakfast should be ready earlier. We were told at 7am but we had to have it at 6:30am because of our activities, anyway at 6:45am there was already food ready. If we knew we would have gone to eat something , we just picked up some food because we were leaving.

The room inside was very clean. From the outside the building may look a bit old, but it's not bad. For the price compared to others, it's a good option if you don't want to spend too much money and have a clean and very decent place to stay. It has a big fridge and a stove. Very useful if you go with kids. I will come back if I need to go to that area again.

It took a while to get hit water in the shower. There was no body wash in each of the showers in our two bedroom suite. Also no toilet paper in one of them.

I had a roach in the bathroom that made me a bit uncomfortable. I think the garbage should be emptied every day to help prevent bugs from being in the rooms.

The front desk clerks were pleasantly friendly and very helpful. There were several choices to eat for breakfast and they were tasty and fresh. Especially the creamy grits.
