There was no one on site that could help us with basic questions. Every inquiry had to go thru Vacassa. The 'required' wrist bands were not in the room on arrival, so our three families had to pay for all of the umbrellas and beach chairs. It was stated in the information book, there would be 1 free umbrella and 2 chairs provided for each room tenant-per day. Because it took 2 1/2 DAYS to get our wrist bands, the beach person would ONLY RENT what should have been free. I didn't have this much trouble (when my wife and I were at Emerald Tower) last year. I will re-evaluate our vacation destination next time and find a location that is (more) user friendly.

I like the location on the beach. The staff I encountered were friendly. The amenities were good.

The property and the furniture are a little old and all the stuffs in the kitchen are not organized.

jets in the bath tub were caked in mold, curtains in master do not cover windows fully so mornings come bright and fast. the door in the master going to the balcony was stuck.

Our unit was a bit run down and not as clean as it should be. initially they ask you how clean it was the minimum you walk in the door, before you’ve had a chance to really look around. The master shower had long black hairs stuck to the walls. The tub in one of the baths had corrosion on the surface and mold around the drain. The master had black in the grout around the tub that could have been cleaned. The master toilet had a plunger next to it. It was required on almost every flush. The building was being pressure washed. We were given no notice. The walkways had water pouring down like waterfalls from the floors above . We couldn’t get to in and out of our unit without getting us and our belongings wet. Could be so much more. They should spend a little to enhance the value.

The carpet in the master’s bedroom and one of the smaller bedrooms had a slight odor. We tried using the vacuum cleaner but it would not turn on. The hot running water was not so warm at times, and I had to boil water to take a shower. Also, one of the recliners in the living room needs to be fixed or replaced, one of the springs or something is broken and I almost tipped over when I leaned back on it.

They gave us the access code through text and email, so it was very simple to check in. The beach access was great, views were wonderful, and the proximity to stores were perfect.

The AC vents needed cleaning and the fridge filter was in bad condition.

The property, along with its facilities, were well kept and clean. There was no sand or grime on the floor, the bathrooms were moderately clean and included soap, and the sheets were new. The grilling area and pool were clean and functional as well. And above all else, the view of the beach was absolutely amazing!

The condo needs some upkeep. The beds were uncomfortable, and they all made squeaking noises. One of the locks was missing on the sliding door to balcony. One of the shower curtains was moldy and we ran out of trash bags and had to wash towels because there wasn't enough. Not to mention vacasa refusing to give us an extra parking pass. We expected the two but assumed it would be fine for our 2 motorcycles to use the second pass but we're told they couldn't and we would have to use public parking. When paying over 2000 for 5 nights I expected a little more!

The ocean view was amazing!

The unit we stayed in (1850) was not worth what I paid for. The floor were sticky, and the master bedroom stayed hot.

The room was outdated, and dirty. My eyes kept swelling and I couldn't figure out why until I found all the mold. Whoever is cleaning this place is doing a terrible job. There was Mold all in the bathroom, nothing had been deep cleaned, including base boards. All the furniture is worn and gross. It just has not been kept up with.

My family stayed in unit 1810. Everything was going great and it was such a beautiful condo but then the owner and some mantience came in while we were out to do some repairs on the wall. They stole my sons birthday card out of my backpack that contained $150. I didn't notice until we were on our way home and there was nothing I could do about it.
