There is a coffee station set up in the room with coffee and creamer and they provided donuts. That was nice. I might be a bit of a snob, and prefer real cream or milk in my coffee. I didn't find any tissues in the room, either. Also, I believe the listing states there is a pool, however the pool is 1/2 miles away, not in the backyard as I had assumed, which wasn't as convenient as I had envisioned. These are minor points though. It was an affordable option, clean and restful and I'd stay there again.

Jan, the home owner was a great communicator, and her husband helpfully carried my suitcase upstairs for me. The bed was very comfortable and the room has its own air conditioner which was nice during the summer heat. I thought I might bring frozen food with me, and they offered to put it in their freezer.

Very nice home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's within walking distance to a golf course. The owners were very nice and made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay there again. It was such a welcome change from staying at hotels.

It was conveniently located near family nearby. The quarters were comfortable and quiet. And a great view of the mountains! If I had a bit more time, I would have visited old town Lafayette, which is nearby.

I stayed in the bedroom with a queen bed. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with a refrigerator, A/C, fan, coffee maker, and TV. The bathroom was also spacious and clean, and right next to the bedroom. The location is a private residence in a beautiful and quiet golf course neighborhood in Lafayette, CO. This was a perfect and very reasonably priced location to stay for a weekend of hiking and cycling in Boulder, and I also enjoyed my time in Lafayette. The hosts are very nice and welcoming, and after three nights in their home I can say I have new friends in Lafayette! I really enjoyed talking to them and feeling so welcome in their home. There are nice restaurants and breweries close by, as well as grocery stores. I would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay while working in Longmont. Needed a quiet comfortable location, where I could get outside and walk a bit in the evenings. The owners of this home are so kind and accommodating. I would plan to stay again!

We weren’t sure if there were other parts of the home we could access. There was mention of a hot tub but no mention of if/how it was available for use.

The location was great for a quick trip to Boulder to see my son at CU. Very cute and quiet neighborhood. The room was nicely set up to accommodate guests (microwave, fridge, fans, Keurig, AC window unit,TV). Even some snacks were available. Owners were friendly and thoughtful, and Donnie was the sweetest welcomer🐶 The bathroom was spatious and shower had great water pressure! Would definitely return in the future😁

Room on the smallish side, no extra chair; but for the price, who's complaining. We didn't go to Colorado to sit in a room anyway!!

Was an easy 15 min drive to get to our daughter in Boulder--no traffic! Bed very comfortable. Bathroom essentially right next door in an upstairs loft area of a private home. Gracious, friendly hosts. No pressure to socialize unless we wanted to engage.

The biggest problem was the smell of dog pee. The dog was cute & friendly, but peed on the door to our room while I was moving in, which was clearly not a first time. 2nd issue, the door latch to our room didn't work, and the dog liked to push open our door. The dog pee smell & the lack of the bedroom door latch working are the primary reasons for this not being a great recommendation. There were also some other maintenance issues that really should have been addressed before this room was rented (bedroom ceiling fan, the air conditioner draining & venting and broken window blinds).
