Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The outside of the property is very dated and any noise from outside is very noticeable inside the room. I would recommend ear plugs or some type of sound buffer
Location was perfect with easy access to downtown and within walking distance to a restaurant. Room was clean and the bed was firm with plenty of pillows.

The outside of the hotel definitely needs some work
The location was perfect ,very close to down town and to awesome restaurants. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had been recently updated. It was probably one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in ,we were very happy with room. Would definitely stay again

Everything was great. Only thing I would suggest is improving the office.
Didn't serve breakfast.. Location was out of the way. Outside was ok but they are working on the outside.. Inside was great lot better than expected

The bed was not very comfortable to me. It was very firm. But if you like a firm bed then you will love it. THEY HAVE A $40 PER PET FEE!! The room was like $100 and I have two small 7 lb Yorkies and I had to pay $80 extra dollars!! PLUS there was NOWHERE for them to even be walked to use the bathroom! No grass! I travel with my fur babies everywhere and have never paid that much. Even at the much nicer hotels!
When I first pulled in I thought “Oh No!” But when we got in the room I was pleasantly surprise. It smelled and looked clean. Seemed to be pretty updated. Not bad for one night stay.

Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. The host Amar was so cordial and welcoming he was a delight. I had never been to Ellijay and found the town charming. When I return the Best Inn will be my choice of where to stay!

We were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.
This small hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was clean and felt very new. The staff was a young lady behind glass, which felt a bit sketchy, but the room was nice. The pillows were too firm, but otherwise everything was great!

The location was great. We loved the staff. We kept them infirmed of our late ETA. We arrived very late and they were wonderful get us checked in. The interior of the rmoms were very up to date.

There were a couple of bugs, but not a real issue for us. Pretty typical at hotels.
The motel was close to the center of town. It was quiet and clean. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was a bonus. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while traveling. The pillows actually supported our heads instead of completely deflating! Manager was helpful and friendly when our keycard briefly stopped working. Quickly got us back into our room. A bit expensive for a Budget Inn, but considering it’s fall in north GA it was actually a good deal.

The only thing we found was a safety bar was not available in the tub/shower.
The Hotel location is very convenient to the Square. We arrived to a very clean room. And well groomed grounds. We enjoyed our stay and will return.
