We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I love everything and the staff was excellent. Thhe servive was wonderful. My Mom , my sister, and myself were there for my Mom 90th Birthday!! The staff treated my Mom like a Queen for the day ( May 16th Tuesday). Excellent job. Thank you, for great time.

United States of AmericaThe restaurant, which is supposed to be excellent, was anything but. 2 months prior we had an excellent dinner there. this visit was VERY disappointing. The wait staff was very good. The menu was nearly useless, as they didn’t have any fresh fish or their normal offerings. The experience was horrible (said by one who rarely complains).

We have enjoyed JOCR for our last 4 anniversaries…..not this time ! No concierge , no one to assist with the luggage and your gym’s Peleton was a nightmare to use. Food was excellent and service at the pool by the two young waiters especially Olivia was excellent. It is with regret that we won’t be celebrating our. 54th anniversary as we have for our 51st, 52nd and 53rd which were all at the Jekyll ocean. Me and mrs. woronowich

We were told there was shuttle service from the hotel to the historic site but were never told until we arrived that it didn't start until 2 pm. If we had not had our own transportation we would have missed many of the events that happen during the early part of the day. Una
