We only stayed two nights in Eric's gorgeous property and we regret not booking more nights! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, the bed was soooo comfy and the view was absolutely stunning. It was very peaceful, easy to find parking and easy to enter the property. It was a pleasure meeting Eric on our last day, it felt like he truly cared about our experience in the properly. We can't recommend this place more, I can't wait to come back!

The toilet is awesome. Bed is very cozy and tucked away. Very nice place to get away from busy city and relax for next day.

Driving around the hills can be a bit annoying but that’s just LA!

With all my heart, I wish him success in developing his business because it’s clear how much he cares about providing a comfortable stay for his guests. For those traveling as a couple or solo—don’t even hesitate; you definitely won’t regret choosing this place. Everything here is perfect: the terrace surrounded by greenery with a luxurious view is a masterpiece in itself, complete with a small fountain. The cozy apartments have everything you need (towels, dishes, appliances, a smart home system with Alexa, a comfortable bed, and even a pleasant scent. There’s also a curated music selection, sparkling wine, and a breathtaking view of Los Angeles. No, 10 points just aren’t enough!

Eric's place is truly a gem and Eric a wonderful host. He makes you feel at home and ensures that you're having a good stay. Once there, you won't want to leave. Staying in the Canyon is convenient to easily reach different parts of LA and also provides a unique experience. Not our first time in the Canyon but our first at Eric's and we will definitely try to come back next time we're in LA. The highlights: - The views - The secluded "tropical" patio with the fountain - The super comfy bed in the cozy bedroom - Easy parking - Quiet environment - Perfect location to reach different parts of LA - Great and quick communication with Eric

Everything was terrific.

The view really is as exceptionell as described, we were thrilled. Everything in the studio was nicely set, so we felt warmly welcomed the second we arrived. And Eric is the perfect host, discrete and attentive at once. It is nice to take a walk in the neighbourhood, too, since there are cool houses and landscape designs in the surrounding area. We took outings by Uber, which went just fine. Everything is quite close, even though you stay on the top of the hill in serene nature. With high technical standards though. We just loved to stay at Studio 1080. Thank you Eric!

All the facilities are great and the view was amazing! The host is very responsive, takes care of everything you need and did the best to maximize our stay. defiantly my place for the next trip!

It might be a little small if you arrive with large bags like we did, but it doesn't affect the overall quality of the place and we enjoyed our stay.

This stay was exceptional - the view was stunning, the technical equipment was above expectations and the host (Eric) very friendly, always answering very quickly and helpful with recommendations. He even changed the air conditioning display into Celsius to make it more comfortable for a European like me.

Very little storage for clothes, bedroom very compact.

The amazing view of LA, the cool high tech gadgets, the bed in the nook was very comfortable and fun! All of it was amazing & unique experience.

The location and vista of LA from this property was wonderful. The window overlooking the city, framed the view, which made it extra special. All the facilities were great and you couldn't wish for more. It was our first time to LA and the 2 days we toured from this base camp here were great. The Patio was a great place to unwind with a G&T and watch life go by especially the wildlife and a cheeky squirrel or two. We used Uber all the time which were always and readily available so our transportation around the area was easy as we didn't want to hire a car and drive on the wrong side of the road!!. Also we spoilt ourselves and ordered a McDonald Takeaway Breakfast we arrived promptly too. Thank you

We walked to the local store to buy some groceries which was some distance and all down hill. The main road, very busy, is not easier to walk down as there is no real pavement for pedestrians to use. However we made it but got an uber back!!

By far the best place I've stayed, in LA. The view is phenomenal, the host was exceedingly helpful, welcoming and informative, and the apartment is luxurious and full of details that all combine to really make your stay perfect. The place itself is tucked away and feels very private and cosy - truly a unique space that feels like your own. Eric has put a lot of thought and effort into making this place as comfortable and high-end as possible e.g. Alexa to control the lights, blinds and music, speakers in all the rooms, plush towels and robes to wear, wine in the fridge, good coffee machine, streaming services on TV for movie nights to main a few. A truly rare Airbnb experience! I will definitely look to return when I'm next in the city.
