Walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbors TV, however it's an older home so that is to be expected.

My favorite part was the community sitting room, lots of vintage treasures and books in one space and the location being within 5 mins to Nantasket beach was perfect.

I didn’t realize the Twins room was a king sized bed, liked that room better as our room was more for couple with kids and it was our anniversary and birthday getaway with no kids

A two night stay was not near enough to enjoy the whole house or the city of Hull.

There are antiques throughout the house that can be touched. ☺️ Breakfast was quaint, and portions were perfect. The conversation among the guests and proprietors was so interesting and enjoyable. AnnMarie was super knowledgeable and helpful for recommending sites and restaurants. The lobster roll at Jake's Seafood restaurant was delicious.

The only negative is something that can't be remedied-air traffic, due to the B & B's location in a pretty busy flight path was loud

We chose this location because it was close to a wedding we were attending. The room was very comfortable and homey with an en suite bathroom. We slept with the windows open and enjoyed the cross breeze. The owner was absolutely lovely and she and her husband made us a wonderful breakfast with fruit and yogurt and raspberry French toast. We will definitely be back!

We prefer a breakfast buffet to the prepared dishes that were offered; on the other hand, these were cooked to perfection 😋

Josephine's B&B is unbelievable... the charm, the style, the hosts, the rooms,... all much lovelyer than anticipated from the great reviews that made us chose this house on booking.com. Additionally, Hull is worth a trip/detour any time, and whenever we come back to meet our friends & relatives in Brookline, we shall do our best to come back to Josephines again!
