Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesUnfortunately we didn't get a remodeled room. Carpet was nasty, red wall made the room feel closed in, no coffee available and they did not clean your room, empty the trash or bring clean towels if you stayed more than one night. I will not stay there again.

Location is great but 1st room they out us in was really outdated and sink was leaking water all over the floor and we had no towels. so they moved us to another room that was a little bit better than the 1st one but rooms need upgraded renovations.
