We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved the view out the window looking toward the river! Our hotel room was super clean with beautiful and thoughtfully updated touches! Eating at Margaux was a treat too with its wonderful staff and food. We had a large table on for brunch on a Friday and our server was very attentive. We don’t visit Grand Rapids very often but if we did we’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

United StatesI didn't get the corner suite I asked for. Their main restaurant, Margaux, is regularly busy, so even if you are staying at the hotel, you will need to make reservations to confirm availability. When I got my massage at seraphina the service was great as well as the facilities but I was never able to review and add tip by myself, I was asked instead, I felt I was put on the spot unfortunately.
Wonderful stay. Wonderful views. We went to celebrate our honeymoon and got champagne, truffles, vale, and breakfast on the house. They have created a luxury environment, so guests feel the staff really cares about us and our experience. I would love to come back. Top-notch
