I know the reason why but I don't like the fact that there isn't a coffee machine in the room. At this point in our Country, these should just be standard and at other higher end hotels I've stayed at they've been present in the room.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel and our room was clean and I was surprised that they still do daily housekeeping which I appreciate given the price point of the hotel.

The location close to the mall was great. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and it was wonderful.

There’s a pool, but no hot tub, which I would have loved. Not the end of the world though. The big negatives for me, the showers (if you know, you know) were the walk in showers with the swing doors so water ends up everywhere BUT in the shower. This just grosses me out and I spend more time cleaning up all the water that has leaked everywhere. This seems to be a thing at ALL the high end hotels I’ve been at! It’s odd! Also, there were some “splatter” marks on the walls around the tub. I told myself it was just soapy water splashes but…this stuff grosses me out at hotels too! There has to be a way to clean the walls better (see photo). The bathroom itself was HUGE though, so I wasn’t too worried, just stayed away from those walls. Haha! It was really comfortable and sound proof! I was also a little disappointed by some of the “tenants”, this is a nice classy hotel…try a little! Someone’s kid dripped blue ice cream all over the elevator and hallways and it was still there the following day.

Ok, it’s a JW, it was beautiful and amazing! I loved just about everything! Was it a little pricey, yes…but worth it for how nice it is! The convenience with access to the mall was awesome! The restaurant in the hotel was so great! The rooms were spacious , modern and super nice! The pool was small, but clean and wonderful! Overall the entire space and experience was great. Bathrooms are huge!

No coffee maker in the room. I much prefer a comforter to the bedspread style of bedding.

The bathroom was great with both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The room was good-sized, nicely decorated, and clean. The mattress was comfortable.

Elevators ran on a weird system. I had to tap my card EVERY TIME I went on it to pick my floor. The pool wasn't open at night (though that is just a purely personal issue)

Best in Convenience, Loved how it was easily connected to the mall. The Rooms were clean and spacious. The overall look of the hotel was very nice. Had some nice ammenities in the hotel as well (Pool, gym)

Location is attached to the mall of America. It is four miles to MSP airport. Staff was fabulous.

Can't say there was too much that I didn't like... It was a little pricey, but felt that the cleanliness standards were met.

Lovely facilities. Felt clean and comfortable. It was super easy to access all of the amenities and the Mall of America. Enjoyed the pool very much. Only thing that would make it even better is if there was a hot tub. Then the amenities would have been 10 out of 10 for me.

My check in was super late and a whole day was basically canceled from my reservation and I tried to have it switched but no one wanted to accommodate me for that. I was told I would have to rebook the room for another night.

The additional parking fee, is pretty expensive for the price you already pay for the hotel. The breakfast should be included. The toilet ran all night. The men’s cologne was overpowering throughout the building.
