I liked the amenities in the building. It was very clean and even though there was nobody involved in the check-in, it the proces went very smoothly. It is in a good location, walking distance to a supermarket and downtown restaurants.

Could of had more towels and bed sheets for a five night stay. Also some basic leaflets about places, bus routes etc would have been good.

Check in process seems overly complicated and thus not very clear. While the added security is appreciated, it’s an excessive amount of steps just to get up and into one’s room.

The location is excellent, close to many amenities and sites. Site offered a lot of its own amenities that were comfortable and entertaining. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The building is amazing, the apartment I was staying in was not the biggest but it was extremely confortable. Location is great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the mag mile.

- My queen room studio had a restricted view of and old building - No complimentary water - Lights were difficult a bit - The A/C was creating wired noises wakening me up at night and when I tried to contact them they didn’t answer

- Clean new room - Great location - Quiet building - Water flow in the shower was great - Very fancy and facilities such as the business lounge which has a great view, the gym was clean and spacious, outdoor seatings in the rooftop was magnificent

I chose this because of the rooftop pool. As a year round sea swimmer I was hoping to maintain my cold tolerance. Would have been good if it was made clear the pool was closed for the season

A bit far from the Lyric Opera where we walked to for 2 performances. There was no real dining table for our breakfast and lunches. Other Kasa facilities had a table where at least 2 could sit comfortably.

Great place to stay in Chicago. Good restaurants and groceries near by. Safe neighborhood.

There was only one chair for the 'breakfast' table which meant one of us had to eat on the couch at the low coffee table. It would have been useful to have a second chair.

Excellent location and lovely, exceptionally clean and well equipped apartment. Bed was really comfortable and as the weather was very hot, great to have air conditioning.

It looked like you have a beautiful pool area, which I wanted to take a closer look at, but the access door required a code so I was unable to do so.

Was there a breakfast? Where? I didn't ever partake. I did like the view from the 7th floor. The TV was nice, and the property was quiet.

Perfect location, amazing amenities, thoughtful and generous accommodations (i.e. detergents, refills of soap and tp- things that AirBnb doesn't typically provide). What really blew me away was the quality construction of the AMLI building. The windows blocked so much city noise and we didn't hear our neighbors at all. We were definitely looking up unit costs as we hope to move back to Chicago in the next few years.

The picture don't do this Apartment justice. The location is very convenient and facilities are stellar. Loved the view with floor to ceiling windows. Don't miss tge rooftop with really good views of the skyline for free. This will be my goto place to stay in Chicago. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. They left a thoughtful birthday with a few gifts for my sister's birthday. Nice touch.

Our Kasa was super comfortable and felt like home, especially loved the complimentary coffee and tea. The olive oil and kitchenware was also very lovely!
