Inside the apartment, it is essential to ensure a thorough cleaning before arrival, aligning with the rental agreement. For example, we cleaned the fans and windows from the accumulated dust. Throughout the building complex, receptionists were not available at any point during the day. The carpets throughout the entire building require cleaning, and additional staff is needed on weekends to manage cleaning and oversee the maintenance of trash bins.

The maintenance was polite and professional. They respond on time to fix any issues that might arise during a long stay in the apartment.

We had to go to the garage or service elevator which had been covered with cloth covers for whatever reason! The steps going down were filthy! But I guess that's with all the traffic it's bound to happen! Overall the place itself was excellent!

I loved the Apt! It was clean and nice! The location is up and coming! Trendy! The building itself wasn't as clean or tidy!

Parking spot in garage was hard to get in and out with suburban size vehicle. Just nit picking - toilet paper role was literally 3ft away Needed side table next to bed. Air filter was dirty and needed changed. Water rotting shower floor and under floor. Wrong materials were used.

Very secure, quiet, and super clean. Great for not wanting to be around anyone. Perfect location. Everything is within a few miles or less.

The location is great. The apt was very clean. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows, plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything.

The check-in process was inconvenient, as we had to park and unload and then re-park our vehicle. This wouldn’t have been issue, but the road was narrow and there was construction going on.

The screen at the front door was a little different than the pictures on the instructions but I was able to figure it out. I do have a simple suggestion. I have two kids which I'm sure many people that stay might have as well. Might want to put baby proof plug in covers in the apartment. Real cheap and real simple and provides just a little extra piece of mind for parents.

Everything was great

The location was great which made it very convenient . The apartment was also extremely clean and provided everything I needed for the duration of my stay. I am pleased to say that I look forward to my next visit at Kasa Forest Park Thank you and keep up the great work.

They said it was a non-smoking property...So as a smoker I complied...but I'm old an I follow rules...When I was there though I smelt weed and cigarette smoke coming from some of their rented tenants apartments...I feel that if they allowed them to smoke they should of allowed us to smoke...I had a balcony...I would of been happy to of gone outside there to smoke...And just a reference to this...I found a website that people were able to give their reviews. I posted a review on there, stating the fact of what I was smelling, and the very next day I didn't smell it again until this morning when we were moving out...So it would seem that management is aware of which tenants that are not complying with these rules that they set for their property...I find it suspicious and feel that they told them when we'd be leaving, and that they could resume their everyday routines...You can't have two types of rules for the same property...I would of been ok paying a 'smoking deposit' just to let me sit on my balcony and have my morning coffee & cigarette...But don't allow some but not all to adhere to the rules... The other thing is more brief...I was in town for my granddaughters college graduation...I haven't been there to cook my big family feast since I moved to Ohio in 2014...I was so excited to be able to throw my feast together for my friends & family...The hiccup came when I found out that I could only have two guests in my place at a time. I have three granddaughters and one of their fiancee's and my son in immediate family. So what was I to do have two come up at a time and have the other two wait outside...So the plan was to take it all over to my best friends house...But I had just too much food...So that's what happened friends and family a total of 7 had to come in packs of two then the last by himself...It did work out...we made it work...but I would've like to be able to have them all together at the same time...

For the most part I'd have to say it was awesome... Basically a 9 out of 10...The reasons not a ten are listed below...Although they may not keep me from coming back...

The apartment wasn't stocked properly upon arrival (i.e. only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms). The apartment itself is furnished quite sparsely (no headboards, lamp missing bulb, only 4 towels for 4 guests, etc) and just wasn't very comfortable.

The staff was very responsive to needs (within the hour) including assisting us after hours with finding a parking spot when someone was in our designated spot.
