Despite the fact that the room was left in order with no damages, I received an email of a misplaced key, which I do not recognise to have displaced, and I am sure and certain of leaving the two sets of keys in the room. I even took the time to scan the check out QR code, hoping that it will lead to a prompt housekeeping for inventory, but scanning the code QR on the check out led to nowhere, but instead asking me to check in.

The bedding was not the cleanest ! Had some stains which disappeared when washed .

It was very spacious and really appreciated the thought put into ensuring everything that would be needed was available ( including a toilet brush and plunger !). My girls loved the rec room!

The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't the worst either. We heard the underground garage door opening and closing when the actual tenants were coming and going. Not bad during the day, but at night when trying to sleep not ideal.

We love the feeling of being home. The on site extras are really nice, even though we didn't use them(game room, kitchen and group gathering area).

The directions to the trash were not clear so it was frustrating walking around with a trash bag looking for some door on the building next door which was hard to lacate. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

The location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils. Check in and out instructions were very clear and went smoothly.

Very clean and quiet, however there were not many people during our stay; our room was on the first floor so I would expect more noise when there are more occupants upstairs as all the floors are hard; we had one upstairs neighbor and we could hear the walking very well... The appliances were excellent and everything worked fine. We had separate bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything was comfortable. The apartment is very spacious overall. The location is OK and well within walking distance to many restaurants (about 10'). Parking is available on the next block for $10/day. The virtual desk option worked extremely well when it comes to information and preparing for the stay,

The walls are nearly paper thin. I was in Rm 112 on the first floor and I think it might be the room they use to show potential tenants for the apartments in the building. It's right next to the entrance, office, game room, and conference room. I was woken up by someone vacuuming outside my door at 6:30am one morning. I also got woken up at almost 11:30pm by someone playing air hockey in the game room next door. The entrance doors are pretty loud, so it usually woke me briefly when someone came or went. I'm a fairly deep sleeper, but this bothered me quite a bit. Also, I needed a pen at one point, but didn't find one in the room.

The room I was in was huge and very well-stocked. It was like a normal apartment with a dishwasher, washer, and dryer! The fridge was huge and the bathroom is very nice as well. It was very clean and had great aesthetics. The bed was almost comfier than my own at home. Check-In was easy and convenient. Although there isn't on-site parking, the parking garage nearby wasn't a far walk at all and only charged me $20 to park for two nights. The location is great! Only a 20-25 minute walk to the Capitol building across the river.

Extra fees, extra steps for them to take your data at check in, take your data for deposit, take your data if you want to watch tv, garbage under the bed, first floor apartment was unlocked to the outside patio on the side walk and key was missing, shower was broke and sprayed all over the wall and your face.
