No hot water for a shower, got to lukewarm temp at best. No tissues, what's up with that? The last two motels I've stayed in had only the roll of toilet paper on the dispenser and no tissues. Very flat, uncomfortable pillows. We also had no little sofa to sit on, just the bed. The air conditioner was so loud and kept going on and off every 15 minutes. Could hardly sleep.

The picture on booking.com us absolutely incorrect and made it look a lot nicer than it was. The mattress was a metal spring mattress and not only extremely uncomfortable but made a very loud bang anytime you got on or off the bed.

The bathroom had relatively new ceramic tiles. However, it looked like they put in the new tiles and then put in the old bathtub back in with DIY caulking. Very messy. The tub was old and did not have a slip proof bottom. I was afraid of slipping the first time I used it. After that, I showered at my friend's home. The air conditioning was not central and the unit was loud. There were Styrofoam cups for coffee on the first morning, but none after those were used. I brought my own tea bags and a cup from my friend's house. There were a couple of questionable looking characters hanging around the night I checked in. They were not around after that.

Room’s were great for my stay. If I’m traveling alone, I’d stay there again. If I was traveling with family, I’d stay somewhere else. Had to request things like a toilet paper and a second towel.

Rooms were quite, and the bar Porter’s Place in the parking lot made being at a hotel in walking distance a necessity.

There were some stains on the ceiling and some cracks on the floor around the tub and toilet in the bathroom. Nothing too terrible. The toiletry options were a little on the scant side as well, but otherwise everything was good.

This room was just what I needed, a place to sleep for the night. The following day, my son and I attended an open house at the SUNY Buffalo State campus and spent some time exploring the city and the surroundings.

Hot water came out when either hot or cold was all the way on in the sink. Air conditioner controls are high up on the wall. Bath tub looked a little old. But the good sleep I got, oh, the good sleep, made thes issues seem very small indeed.

I can't remember the last time I slept all the way through for 7 hours, let alone the 9 straight hours of sleep I got in this hotel. Air conditioning and bed were very comfortable. The room darkening shade was quite good.

no chair in room, no towels in room, no clock radio in room..very basic, assumed motel/hotel amenities..if you don't have these features, ADVERTISE that so future renters are aware before arriving..

The pictures look better than in person the room had a slight smell and was supposed to according to picture have a pull out couch which was not in the room which was going to be used for a child. Bed was comfortable, I was just staying there to sleep beforw leaving first thing in the am, but I would not want to stay for a longer period of time
