The room and hotel itself was like domestic violence special. Our room door was halfway off the door frame, the bathroom door looked like someone had punched or kicked their way into it. The room was clean but the beds were super hard and covered in plastic wrap. Housekeeping never showed up. The room had a full kitchen but 0 way to use it no pots pans utensils cleaning supplies plates nothing. Couldnt get more bath towels nonstaff available after 11pm and before 9am at all. We were woken up at 1am by someone yelling armed police open up. Like ok??? What? Not actual police just peoole staying there being jerks. And then people above us having a party 2 nights in a row sounding like they were bowling. Ih and some dude selling stuff out if his car in the corner of thebparking lot and staff was like ih he's fine.

Old. Needs major updates. No TV remote. When I got a remote, I had to program the TV to work. Door was HARD to open to the room. Latch was stiff.

The front desk lady, Abby was wonderful. My booking hadn’t come through from Booking.com and she spent over an hour trying to get it fixed for us to stay.

Basic items Missing from the room. Two plastic cups; no silverware, plates, or glasses in the kitchen. Missing was a Chair to watch the TV or for reading. No phone or method to communicate with the office. No rack for placing a suitcase or luggage. Was told that other furniture was on order, but makes me wonder if that is their standard line to all the customers.

Location, the quiet (except for dog two doors down doing a lot of barking). Also liked the wonderful bed and pillows. Evening checking lady (forgot her name) was helpful. Tried to find some cups for the lack in the room.

Coffee available either in room or lobby. It needs to be cleaner if they are charging regular hotel prices..

There was no breakfast or coffee and the office was locked in the morning. I had to leave by 7:45 and had no access to coffee. The downstairs smells like dog pee and it just needs some TLC. The staff was very friendly. It was just a lot of money to sleep a few hours without coffee in the morning. There was not a trash receptacle in my room either.

The air conditioner ran, but the fan didn't blow except on medium and barely at that. There is a 2-burner stove top, but no pans or pots to cook with. Like, who travels with pots and pans? The front office is kinda odd, resembling something I would expect to see in Alice in Wonderland. There was a fetid odor outside, in the parking lot.

The room was quite spacious and I liked the layout.

My room was musty and had a weird smell. There was a big air machine in there that was on when I arrived. Seemingly to dry a wet problem from the previous tenant. The bed was too soft, like sagging soft. The other tenants on my floor were up all night slamming doors and had a barking puppy. Terrible sleep. It’s unfathomable to me that they charge $150 a night for this place.

The location and the staff were terrific. AC worked.

No silverware or hardly anything in the so called kitchen. No even a towel. Tv not hooked up , did not have cable cord. Big bug in bathroom . The stove had no burner rings or pans, and Did Not Work At All. There was an ironing board holder, but no iron board or iron. The toilet was old and like sitting on the floor. It was like the room was half ready for rent, definitely not ready. Going to see if there is water in the shower and get out of here asap.
