This is a typical motel like hotel ideal for an overnight stop. The location is good, right on its own little beach and next door to Snoopes beach bar. Free paddle boards on the beach (3 of them) Amazing sunsets, far better than key west.

You couldn’t stay here a week. We did 2 nights and I wouldn’t like to stay any longer. There are no umbrellas by the pool and you really need shade here in summer. The pool is tiny. Rooms are small for 4 but ok for 2.

We were greeted by the nicest lady in the adorable reception area/giftshop. She gave us tips and helped us contact a local attraction that we wanted to visit. There was a yummy selection of free tea and coffee to go from a starbucks machine, in which guests could make anytime. The ice machine was also handy- We made iced coffee in our room. Beach towels were included with the room. We were offered to use the propery all day, even after checkout! There are cute little lizard creatures as well as loose chickens all around the parking area, which we loved. There are many shops and places to eat within walking distance. One can take a bike from the hotel and ride all around the island. Right next door is a beach resturant, which also had live music and a real "beachy" vibe. The food looked yummy too

Its definitely not the properties fault, but just be aware that travelling in this area in summer is peak mosquito season. We travelled August and it was actually impossible to sit outside after sundown the mosquitos were so bad. We couldn’t enjoy the dock or swimming area due to the infestation of mosquitos

Location, the beach, friendliness of people that worked and stayed there.

Pillows are very small and the blanket was very thin.

The location is convenient but traffic can be heavy when trying to get in and out of the parking lot. Snooks restaurant is a few steps away which was nice to be able to get food and drinks. The dock area had a lot of chairs to sit by the water. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly.

It was upsetting to get there and realize you were deceived by the pictures that are online. The rooms are in fact not that clean and new but rather dirty, rusty, and even some things falling apart. The rooms that are shown online are the higher priced villa rooms. It was also frustrating to not have a do not disturb sign since housekeeping kept banging on the door early in the morning. I think the hotel needs some renovations/updating.

Pool was too hot. It needs shade cloths over it to keep the sun off. No one uses it because there's no shade

The bathroom was not clean, then needed repairs also. Parking was very limited

Pool water was too warm but don't think there's much they can do about that when it's hot weather Maybe vamp it up abit & make it more inviting aesthetically

Location is about the best thing about the property and the AC was not bad in the room.

First impression at check in, no kayaks available. This is was one of the biggest perks we were looking forward to. The beach towels provided felt like rags that have been poorly maintained. Got to our room our sheets were dirty with paw prints. Went to wash my hands and the hand towels were dirty as well. Had to request to be properly changed. Stayed here about two years ago and it shows the upkeep is not quite there. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows were very small and not comfortable. Lack of cleanliness overall made for an unpleasant stay. The pool was also very foggy and did not appear to be cleaned properly.

Loved the location right next to the seaside

The pool could have been better cleaned some a lot of guest used it to wash of the ocean sand. Should have installed a shower before going into the pool.

Love this place! U can use kayaks, bicycles and the pool is great too! Very recommend
