The cottage is a very short walk to the beach and off the main road where you can do everything. The property had a lot of equipment that they let you take out in the water. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, snorkel gear. There was a nice hut that gives shade to sit in and watch or relax. It had a good feel there. The staff was always talking to us and seemed to care if we were enjoying ourselves.

Key Largo itself was a busy place but that is to be expected that time of year but that would be the only down fall of this destination.

It was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The sunsets were simply magical!

It’s kind of hard to find and the beach is pretty crowded.

It was super cozy and comfortable. The staff was super kind. They also had paddle boards and other things available free to use.

Excellent reception. Personable, friendly and customer oriented staff. Everything needed for a memorable experience. Snorkel, kayak, paddleboard, fish or sail. Kick back and enjoy the calm surroundings. Our family of 10 was accommodated with exceptional service and kindness.Thank you!

The owner is racist, he doesn't like Spanish speaking people. Since he saw us uploading our stuff, he went there to complain about the car. I explained to him what we were doing. They lied all the time. They said they had parking for the boat and they didn't, the manager that welcomed us, said there was no problem having visitors and the owner came in saying that visitors were not allowed. From a 3 nights reservations(2rooms), we just stayed one night Next day in the morning the owner went there saying we broke the rules with our guests which was a lie, l have proof that they made a reservation in a Holiday in hotel. He got us out the property, without taking care that we were with 2 kids,we lived far from the place and we didn't have any other reservation. We want our money back.the owner was looking to get advantage of us. He just cares about money. Poor man

Everything. Pictures don’t tell the story of the sorry state of the units at such a high price.

Nothing, it’s hidden behind what seems to be a junk yard, and we went past it three times as the sign is a makeshift looking piece of cardboard about a foot off the ground that is weathered and hard to read.
