Very noisy rooms due to the lock off doors you can hear the conversation of the people next door. Rooms need better soundproofing around these doors.

It’s a really convenient, thoughtful property - well planned, modern, tasteful. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommended! We stayed with our pup - he loved the dog park and was amused by manatees visiting the marina :)

I was not informed during check in that there is a resort fee of 50usd per night and that parking is not free, so when you pay your room a lot you add another 100 usd for nothing. 600usd for one night no food. Insane!

The location of the Perry hotel is great if you want explore Key West but stay somewhat outside of the very busy areas in downtown. The Perry team was warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, very spacious and with a nice view on palm trees, the pool and overlooking the marina next to the hotel. For our room the pictures on Booking.com were real. Also a gym is available which was clean and provides all the essential stuff. At the pool we never had an issue to find plenty of free deck-chairs and one day there was even a live band playing. A shuttle bus to Key West downtown was available but we did not use it. Parking is also available but comes at an extra fee. Breakfast was not included, but this was no issue for us.

The shuttle no longer visits Smathers Beach.

We really enjoyed the restaurants nearby and how this resort was away from the hustle and bustle. Being able to stroll the marina every night and have the best views from our room was perfection.

Beds are uncomfortable. Breakfast is extra and prices in bars and lobby was expensive. The shuttle bus to key west was crowded most evenings with lots of people not able to board. Having to pay extra for uber even though you have paid a resort fee.

Only negative thing I can say - is the 20% charge AUTOMATICALLY added to drinks and food. I bartend part time and feel tipping is up to the individual.

The location was wonderful! The facilities were great, along with the staff! The shuttle drivers to town were awesome people! Especially the woman - I don't remember her name, but she was so personable and VERY welcoming!

Having to Uber to the next marina

The location was excellent. Having a shuttle to go to town was a pleasant surprise. Being able to walk along the dock to the local shops and bars/eateries was also a plus. We'll be back!
