You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

That it was close to town and family. The staff was friendly. It was pet friendly so we were able to take our two small dogs. They were going to charge us 160 extra for 2 nights with 2 dogs, but when they saw our dogs were really small, they only charged us 80.00.

The toilet seat was too big for the toilet bowl and got caught on my pants each time I stood up causing it to slam down when I moved away from the toilet. Very irritating.

United States of AmericaIt is not in an easy location, from I-75, at least and according to my GPS directions. I didn’t preview the route after booking, so I wound up driving for 16 miles on some very twisty, turny streets in the total darkness. That is not the fault of the motel. There were only the basics in the room- no little coffee/tea maker, one microbottle of shampoo.
The staff that greeted me upon arrival was very nice. The room was clean and the overall presentation of the Inn was welcoming. Beds clean, no bugs, and pretty comfortable. It had the basics.

United States of AmericaWe got screwed on price and she wouldn’t give us AAA discount or anything since we had found them on Booking.com. Other motels had lowered our rate when we arrived because of AAA, or given us a better rate to begin with. Also, the helpful motels that we paid less for gave us a bit of laundry soap and a load of wash for free, whereas here we ended up paying about $10 for for two smallish loads. This was definitely the least nice place we stayed between our camping nights (rain and clean up necessitating the stays) but we paid the most here.
Property was basically fine- easy to find and satisfactory for a short one night stay as motorcyclists needing a shower and some laundry. The manager/proprietor (after finding out they weren’t doing the “free breakfasts which all other places have resumed) brought a couple of tiny pathetic coffee pots to our rooms so we could attempt to have a morning cup of joe.

United States of AmericaNo breakfast, they were pet friendly but the staff made comments and loudly stated I was the last guests that they will no longer accept pet even though they charged me $15 per dog per night. I had bought 2 rooms for 9 days 5 dogs in total the stay was about $2500 the dogs were not there for 3 days and they claimed they had no way of knowing when they watched use all the time.

After 4 minutes on the phone and trying to explain I will not pay $23 more because the amount of people I booked the rooms for was there not more, he accepted to reimburse me those $23 but after I said I would leave them a review!

We had a group of 20 people and it took at least 45 minutes to get registered as we stood outside in the cold talking into a tiny window that we couldn't see through and it was 4:30 in the afternoon.
