We prepared our own breakfast

There were ants everywhere. We found some spray that we used in the shower and bathroom sink but didn't dare use it in the kitchen around food. Washer and Dryer were broken? We had to use the machines near the office and pay to use them. Laundry room was clean and nice and had a change machine for getting quarters.

Close to the beach and pool on the property

The map showed that the unit was in a different building so where we actually were was really old due to the noise of local businesses and the smoke pit on property.

It was very close to the beach Nice and clean 1 bedroom apartment Bathroom and kitchen had everything you need to feel comfortable

It is ground level and on our 3rd day we ended up with several young ladies that booked as a group both apartments above us They were very noisy,slammed the doors ,running from one apartment to another;drinking and being loud on the balcony until late at night We had to lay down in bed and still listen to them even at 2 pm in the morning We called the security and for one day were quiet;then they just moved their party inside and the non-stop slamming of the doors shake everything downstairs I understand people come for vacation and want to party but this has been over the limits and after midnight noise really interfered with our sleeping The metal doors should have some padding definitely that will not shake the entire building when close or someone is literally slamming the door. Everything was great about the place except the constant noise

We liked the proximity to the beach. We liked being on the main floor and having a cement ceiling. We hardly heard the neighbors.

A dryer would have been nice. We needed to wash clothes and ended up hanging them up to dry all over the rental. They didn't dry very fast because it was so humid. The bathroom fan didn't seem to work, because the bathroom was very humid all day and night. Although we didn't hear our neighbors above us, the loover-type windows in the bedroom allowed a lot of noise to come in . The roosters and garbage truck in the middle of the night were annoying.

No hot tub

Location, location, location !!! Across from Kamaole 2 Beach, near shops and good restaurants. Super well maintained , clean pool, gardens, laundry room. Appartement has everything you need, coffee makers, TV, roku, great shower, lots of closet space, big bed, patio...

A/C unit is only in the living room, bedroom had a fan, but it gets stuffy. There are windows but you don't want to open them at night because of critters and roosters crowing as soon as the day breaks ( 5 am!) We used a blanket to cover the couch that smelled musty/sweaty.

The apartment was a good size and had all the facilities that you might want. It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and I appreciated the use of beach chairs, coolbox, etc.

It was very warm when I visited and there was no aircon, so the apartment did get hot at night.

Did not know there was a restaurant on the property but there was one next door called Fred's & Moose magillicutys. Bed was very hard to sleep on. Chair in living room a bit better. Many tiny ants in kitchen that got into food & also in bedroom. Very uncomfortable because of it. Coffee pot was very insufficient. Location was great, pool area well maintained. Great location to ocean & beautiful beaches.

there’s a bad odor smell when you get inside. they tried spraying Lysol but it only fixed the issue for a bit.

Being directly across the beach was fantastic. We made frequent dips in the ocean and enjoyed many walks along the shore.

The room was near the dumpster and the smoking pit. Not ideal, but also not a deal breaker.

Everything. Location, room size, view, etc. We would definitely rent again. Not to mention the pool area and BBQ grill
