Poor building is needing repair from flash flood.

Hosts were great! Loved the shared frig for guests arriving and leaving.

The pool was small and not very clean. We never heard from the staff or saw any. We had trouble getting on the WiFi

The weather could be better

Unit 10 AC took 2 days to cool room off and bathroom was always hot. The sliding glass door to the Lanai was extremely hard to open and shut and so loud the guests below us could hear it. Furniture was old and dated, pull out sleeper very uncomfortable. There was no dishwasher like most units had, and a really small bathroom sink counter and tiny cabinet. Hard for 3 people to use for a week. Pool broken for first 4 days.

Location couldn't be beat. Great beach, central to all attractions. Beautiful view, great Courtyard right at beach with grills, tables, and chairs. Great staff, very accommodating with our large group.

The property is centrally located making it easy to explore the island. We also enjoyed having access to Sugar Beach which isn’t crowded and is very swimmable.

Carrying our luggage up the stairs was rather difficult but manageable. The office was closed most of the time during open hours. Never found the community fridge but I know it’s there (loved the idea of it!). Our room was rather dated, but still extremely comfortable and homey.

Right on the beach! Great central location, easy to get around to popular snorkeling, dining, swimming, etc. Condo was well equipped and cared for.

The condo is very worn; the carpet is matted and pulling away from the tile in the kitchen. The AC unit in the bedroom doesn’t work great.

The pull out sofas were not particularly comfortable, we were missing a top sheet for the sofa bed linens, and the office had very limited hours. There were two issues that could have been corrected earlier in our stay but we couldn't communicate them directly to the office until the end of our stay.

We loved the beach front location, the newly remodeled interior, the included beach equipment (chairs, towels, etc) and ease of check in/check out.

Not the hotel's fault, given the climate, but we had an issue with cockroaches in our bathroom and kitchen. Management kindly gave us some traps but opening up a drawer to roaches wasn't the most fun experience!

Very close to the beach which is more north that the more popular beaches and very quiet. We were in a downstairs condo but had no issues with noise from the condo above us. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Very good value for money.

This place is right on sugar beach. The location is perfect to reach anywhere on the island in a short amount of time. Restauants and food trucks are within easy reach.

Common area cleanliness and upkeep. Unit stairs need cleaning along with general site/landscape cleanup. Unit stairs need maintenance with protruding nails/screws.

Unit located literally steps from the beach. Quiet ac split units in both living and bedroom. Bed was very comfortable and unit quiet. Kitchen well appointed. Sufficient bath and beach towels. Unit updated. View of water from outside deck. Easy parking availability.
