Good location and confortable

Internet and ice machine did not work. Old fashioned style

It was indoors.

My room was filthy. Shower wasn't clean. Food left in microwave from previous guests.

For a motel of this style, it was okay overall. The room was fine – nothing special, but perfectly acceptable for a short stay. However, the breakfast was a real disappointment. There was no place to sit, and honestly, there was hardly anything to eat besides sweet cornflakes and small yogurts. We didn’t expect much, but it was worse than expected.

The price was the only thing I like as of yesterday

The fact that they put pets and noise above customers . Dogs barking all night and Lady above me stayed up 48 hours with her "service dog" that was running around in circles all night I couldn't sleep and my kids cried. Called the front desk several times they wanted that room money so bad they didn't worry about our comfort at all. I was staying here every other month for almost two years but after not sleeping for two days I won't be back and I will be seeking a refund. I even called police over this which is pretty sad even the officer told me that they should be worried about their clients comfort over a disturbance so I won't be back

Very pleased by staff in general -- Reception desk always tries to meet my request regarding accommodations in the most quiet, convenient rooms in the hotel, and has always allowed me early check-in. Housekeeping doesn't wake me up in the morning asking if I want housekeeping services. Also, one can count on appliances working, unlike in similarly priced hotels. Good location for accessing supermarket and fast-food places across street on Rte. 66.

Mattresses on beds can be lumpy, not at all firm. Also, air conditioning units need filters cleaned or replaced -- air rather smally when air-con is on. Coke machine in hall didn't work and also didn't return my money when I pushed the 'return' button. No place nearby to get anything to drink (100+ degree weather lately). Rooms closest to Reception area can be noisy late at night, and can even hear Reception telephone ringing through bedroom wall in the middle of the night (however, staff usually can accommodate my request for room distant from Reception area).

Even the milk was rationed

The breakfast! If you say there’s breakfast you can’t prepare just a couple of muffins and two kind of juice!

Holes in curtain, poor desk staff, breakfast bar and only 2 tables to sit at in the lobby. I had a major allergy reaction due to improper ventilation and not providing a separate room for breakfast.
