I had a lot of work equipment I needed to bring in and had to use a cart. Could have used some help getting it through small hallway. Everything else was great

    Very moody and cool.

I think the room was a bit pricey not to include breakfast. And the restaurant was not open when I arrived on December 17, 2023 to Kinley Hotel. I was told there was no chef. And The following day on December 18, 2023 the restaurant wasn't opened. Well, with the closed restaurant at Kinley hotel I was able to explore Cincinnati Fountain and surrounding blocks. So it wasn't that bad. I'm not a alcohol drinker so I wasn't interested in the bar. When I went to add another Hotel day due to delay with my return transportation to Detroit, the clerk mentioned a possible discount, but I didn't receive it. If I was thinking I should have made a separate reservation to get the discounted price for the Monday booking.

I like that when I arrived I was able to go to my room. And the map provided with nearby stores, restaurants and museums was stellar. I loved the hotel's decor. I also like the fact you needed your room key to activate the elevator which provided me with a sense of security as a single woman traveling alone.

If I had to put a negative, is the lack of parking. This is to be expected for a downtown setting, so be prepared for 20+ for parking. Again, not really a complaint as more of a be prepared.

From the get, the staff was amazing. They were very quick to greet us, welcome us into the hotel and get us checked in. They did a quick tour of the lobby, and we were shown the elevators. When we got to the room is was everything as perfectly described. It was very clean, the downtown view was great overall an excellent location. Close to a handful of good bars, and restaurants. Walking distance from both Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium. Along with the Andrew J Brady Music Center. If you’re looking for a beautiful , unique and perfectly crafted hotel; look no further. Enjoy!

I didn't like the size of the rooms ....I get the building is older but the size is too small for a queen size beds. Rollaway beds are not available, if needed. But provided xtra linen, etc

The bed was very comfortable, rooms clean, cute fridge valet attendants, and desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a very sketchy part of town and I definitely did not feel safe walking my dog around the hotel. The valet guy was less than helpful with my bags. The room smelled terrible. The bed was really uncomfortable. I was charged for a pet fee that was not disclosed when I booked the room. I pad nearly $400 dollars for a 2 star hotel.

The bed was really hard and the sheets made me and my husband itch all night. We also found dried boogers on our wall. At first we were afraid it was a bed bug that was dried up. We did inspect the room, but did not see any signs of bugs.

    The staff were friendly.
