You have to step up about a foot to a wood platform to get to the bed. There’s some room to get around the bed at the foot, but the window side is about 8 Inches from the window. Not a pretty sight trying to get in and out of the 15 inch mattress. Very comfortable once you get in bed!

I was challenged with the AC system and regulating the room temp. I was also assigned an ADA room which I would have preferred to kept available for someone who might need it.

I liked the modern vibe and minimalist look/feel.

The parking situation wasn’t ideal. It was expensive and was often crowded. There were some homeless people who would hang out in the parking lot late at night, which didn’t make me feel super safe when walking to and from my car.

Our hotel room and the café was great, although a little pricey.

The don't bother to tell you that you have to pay more than $20 to park there when you book. I was furious that I had to pay that amount of money to park myself in an unmanned dirt parking lot.

It was clean, nice, comfortable and easy to get where I wanted to me.

Minimalist chic--the room was a pleasant interesting surprise. I liked the wood and creative touches. Staff was nice. The lobby was a gathering spot and interesting. Youthful crowd.

#1 The parking that I paid for yet always had trouble finding a spot #2 I paid WAY TO much money to have homeless people sitting outside on the steps #3 there no place to plug anything in and what outlets I could find the light had to be on for them to work, which would be fine if the lights didn't turn themselves off very frustrating #4 The thermostat was impossible to find, and once we found it, we had to keep checking it because it would go back to the original setting #5 The one door that you could access after hours was not very well marked and almost impossible to find (I guess that's to keep the homeless out) #6 Unfortunately, I didn't even get to use the spa tub so that was just a waste of money #7 forget about an early check in it's not gonna happen #8 I asked several times for a late check out and no one would ever give me a clear answer the morning of checkout as I was getting on the elevator to go down yo my car a lady stopped me and told me Oh your the one that wanted a late check out That will be $10 an hour... well, if someone would have told me that 2 days ago, I might have paid it yo be able to sleep in, but at that point, I already set an alarm and woke up to be out by 10am

We had 3 rooms 1 Jr Queen Suite 2 Jr Queen Suite 3 Spa tub King Suite All of our beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean!! The outside seating area is very nice as well!!

We stayed in hotels with a similar price point on this vacation. The others offered free parking, free breakfast, and decaf in the room. I felt like we were being charged for everything here, including $3.75 for decaf coffee in the morning.

A very unusual and interesting concept. The location was convenient. My wife really liked our room because it reminded her of a cabin on a ship. Cool place.

The communal kitchens on each floor are a nice touch, but weren’t the cleanest, yet we didn’t find ourselves using them as much so we were satisfied. I will warn possible customers that the rooms are verrrrrry small and could cause some discomfort for certain people, but for a young couple like my boyfriend and I it was absolutely perfect. Preference is important!

This is the perfect hotel for a couple or family wanting a simple, easy place to stay while exploring what Colorado Springs has to offer. The rooms were modern and clean and comfortable and the amenities associated with the stay (lockers, cafe, bar, etc.) are fun and unique to this hotel. It is very easy to get to and parking is easy as well, though it does cost.

I did not like paying $16/day for parking. It’s in a downtown area so everywhere else is metered. This is clearly an area in transition. You have a few beautiful hotels and restaurants mixed in within a rundown area. There were people wandering around clearly out of their minds on drugs…arguing with no one or themselves and moving erratically. A little meth-y if you know what I mean.

It’s a cool, modern, boutique hotel with a great cafe. The bed was amazing with a pillow top and down comforters and pillows.
