Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere was a little street noise.
Views, aesthetic, location, restaurant... Essentially everything. From the chill check in to the room design to the central location, this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. It's not trying to be super luxury, just a cool, comfortable, well designed hotel with great staff.

United States of AmericaKind of felt like the IKEA version of a hotel room. While certainly adequate, and nicely quirky, the room furnishings and fixtures seemed to be straight out of an IKEA showroom. I'm sure many people would embrace it but I thought it seemed a bit on the basic side.
Definitely not your standard hotel which we enjoyed. Nice vibe and lot's of energy in the lobby, bar and eating areas. Coming out of the Pandemic it was nice to see life again.

United States of AmericaThe noise coming from the walls all night long.
It sounded like it was pouring rain the entire night even though there was no bad weather. Whatever it was kept my fiancé and I up all night. I did some work the next more and the desk was shaking the entire time. We were in room 409. Not sure if our wall was shared with the storage unit or elevator, but it sounded like the building was leaking/felt like it was going to collapse. Otherwise, beautiful design and great coffee!

United States of AmericaThe room advertisement was unclear. When bookung i was under the impression that the dorm was coed, when it was female only. And would not let me stay being a transgender woman. So i ended up sleeping on the street because all the hotels were booked
I would have loved to stay here but the kid at the front desk denied me.

United States of America#1- the parking situation for a truck and trailer sucks. We were some of the first guests asked to park a block away on a city lot, I understood the limitations of thier lot if the hotel was busy but it was not- we had a very valuable item I. Our trailer was very uncomfortable parking it out of sight. #2 we had to walk in the VERY cold weather from this far lot. I have brain cancer, so I felt really irritated by this inconvenience at $245 a night. #3 the mountain facing suites with the garage doors are cold and there is ALOT of road noise for the money, I was quite disappointed, also no black out curtain on the vertical window. It felt like day all night with the street lights.. the heater over the tub made a horrible fan noise.. not very relaxing
We love the eco concept and the idea, and the bed was nice as well as the soaker tub. We also enjoyed eating at Homa. The staff were very courteous, even when dealing with our disappointment regarding the parking situation.

United States of AmericaThe staff was extremely rude. I complained multiple times about the neighbors next to us because they kept fighting and yelling and the guy was out on the little balcony smoking and it triggered my daughters asthma multiple times and all they did was send a mass text. I asked multiple times for a broom or the room to be swept because I have kids it got dirty, never happened. I literally took a paper and swept my own floor. They were rude if you needed help. The rooms are extremely overpriced for how small they are. There's no room especially for 3 people even though it says it has enough. Totally disappointed.
Across from 711 for an ATM thankfully because they don't have one there.
